Escape to Cozy Pines Cabin in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains. This dog friendly cabin boasts all the comforts of home including private hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. All this within minutes of world class fishing, hiking, riding trails, Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil National Monument, and the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center.

Guests are greeted by the whispering pines dancing in the breeze on the elevated covered porch. This space is ideal for watching wildlife or enjoying the scenic view surrounded by the majestic pine trees. The porch is equipped with a dining space and a charcoal BBQ grill for enjoying the great outdoors. There is a large patio with space for a competitive corn hole game or relaxing after a long day of adventuring in the hot tub.

The main level features an open floor plan with mountain decor and a wood burning fireplace. The dining area features a bar height table that allows for bird watching out the large window and connects to the modern well-quipped kitchen. This floor also features a large bedroom with queen bed and a dedicated workspace and a full bathroom.

The open wood staircase leads to a loft style bedroom overlooking the living area with a queen bed and two single beds along with an additional half bath.

Property also features a dog run in the side yard with plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors. Charcoal grill provided-but will need to supply your own charcoal/fluid.

Things to Know:
For your heath and safety a professional spa technician will perform weekly maintenance on the hot tub. We will make every effort to notify you before technician arrives if possible. Technician will only need access to the hot tub area.
Streaming services are available with guests accounts.
Parking: There is free parking for up to 4 vehicles.
AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity.

For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us.
🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road trails.
🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.
⏰ Checkout Time
Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
🎉 No Parties or Events
To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Per HOA guidelines, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors!
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve.
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store.

This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee. If you’d like to bring more than 2, just reach out—additional dogs may be approved for an extra fee.

🔧 Amenity Malfunctions & Refunds
While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we're notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!

By booking this property, you are agreeing to follow all house rules. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you have a wonderful stay!
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
--Fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. This may mean not being able to use certain fire features and/or the bbq grill. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. Please check Teller County Sheriff's website for additional information on local fire bans.
