As you sit back and enjoy your meal, you`ll be mesmerized by the tranquil sounds of the creek and the beauty of the small pond located on the property. It`s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in the serenity of nature. Pond is located down the hill from the house and has several stairs. The pond is not stocked with fish as it is too shallow for them to survive year-round.



The Woodland Park area has a lot to offer when it comes to outdoor activities, but there are also plenty of enjoyable indoor options available. The living room features a flat-screen TV, allowing you to connect to your preferred streaming services. And if you`re looking to relax, you can bask in the warmth of the wood fireplace while surrounded by your favorite people.



You can enjoy a peaceful night`s sleep in any of the four bedrooms. There is a king master ensuite on the first floor and two additional queen bedrooms on the lower level. Finally, a double queen bedroom finishes out the lower level as well as another full bathroom. (main floor also has half bath)

An AWD vehicle is recommended when there is snow. The driveway is plowed when there is 3` of snow or more.



AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity. Floor fans are provided for each of the bedrooms (as well as ceiling fans throughout the house).



Open fires outdoors are strictly prohibited (the grill and propane fire table can still be used).



No parties or events



No smoking or vaping inside the home.



Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind by other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest`s discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.



Violation of smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning

Guests who fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10-minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half-hour increment.

Guests have access of entire property.



We allow guests complete privacy but are available to answer questions.

Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $35 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.
