CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor. For any further questions, please reach out to our hosts for further information!
EXTERIOR PERKS: There is a 50 amp electrical outlet by the garage outside, which is extremely convenient if you happen to bring your camper or travel trailer on your weekend getaway or would like to charge you EV (most bring your own charging cables! There is also a clean out pipe to dispose of the waste water as well. Please use your best judgement when utilizing this amenity, prior experience is absolutely necessary in order for there to be no messes. Thank you!

PARKING: Thank you in advance for your understanding and following regulations set by the city. **No parking due to street cleaning from 7am-3pm on 1st & 3rd Monday each month. Guests are responsible for any parking violations/tickets.**
PETS: We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. There is a $50 per pet fee for your pets stay.
POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. **Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
RESPONSIBLE RENTING: We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.

Plenty of space to accommodate our group of 8. Loved the location for access to the Tennis Gardens. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding at the end of warm days.
