Your spacious living room is comfortably furnished and has FREE Cable TV and WiFi and also has an AC.
A full kitchen awaits your culinary skills or walk steps down the beach to one of two great restaurants.
There is a washer/dryer IN UNIT for laundry.
This first floor condo is convenient to parking with no stairs and direct access to the pool and beach from a gate in your private gallery (patio).

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.
