OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The freestyle pool & spa were totally renovated in 2023, and you have full control of the Spa jets & lights with the control mounted on the property's exterior wall. The pool deck features 4 loungers. Pool towels and floats are provided.
You can enjoy the entire property, including a garage, driveway (space for 3 cars), desert garden, outdoor shower, firepit, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, and WiFi. The house is equipped with electrical locks, and no keys are required. The garage features an LG washer & dryer.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens up to the large outdoor patio & outdoor shower, and the secondary primary opens up to a private patio with a hammock for your pleasure & those quiet moments.
The living room & kitchen are fully equipped, and the entertainment space showcases an original fireplace, an oversized kitchen island, and large glass sliders that open to the outdoor dining & lounging areas offering views of the desert landscape and pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, a Jura coffee maker, a blender, an LG fridge, and range.
Samsung TVs are in the primary bedroom (55’’) & in the Cabana (70’’) offer Streaming Service for Amazon, Disney+, Netflix, Paramount, HBO+, and Hulu.
Ultra High-speed internet is available throughout the property, and a Sonos system with 6 speakers is placed throughout the home. Connect with your own devices to stream your favorite music via Spotify or other streaming services; please download the Sonos app to your phone or computer. Please note that no outdoor music is permitted per the Palm Springs City Ordinance. As an extra ‘Perk,’ we have provided a vintage Vinyl phonograph player with a selection of records for your enjoyment.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
'1960' has one primary bedroom & a secondary primary bedroom with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. The mattresses are new & high quality. All bedrooms are equipped with humidifiers to make your stay more enjoyable.
