The up-and-coming neighborhood of Desert Highland is experiencing redevelopment and growth, which presents fun, affordable, charming luxury right by downtown Palm Springs.

With 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, this enchanting property provides a cozy and comfortable stay for guests. Complete with amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, this adorable house ensures a hassle-free vacation experience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The salt water pool can be heated for $110 per day. Price may vary depending on time of year and duration of stay.

Maximum occupancy: 8 adults plus 2 children including infants. (We are not allowed to accommodate 10 adults.)

Please keep in mind that Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances with no music allowed outside (including music coming from inside), and quiet hours from 10pm-10am.

The pool and hot tub offered activities when weather didn’t hold. The hosts were responsive and the location made it easy to get around town to different activities.

House was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and everything needed to make you feel right at home. Backyard was beautiful with a lovely pool and nice fire pit and plenty of umbrellas to keep cool from the sun. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The home is absolutely stunning—beautifully renovated and exactly what you hope for in a Palm Springs getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable (honestly felt like a high-end hotel), and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Little touches like charging stations and access to laundry made the stay even more convenient. The pool area is a true highlight—an oasis that we really appreciated, especially with temperatures in the 100s during our visit. It’s a great space to relax and unwind. It is also about the easiest point in the city to exit north for 29 Palms and Joshua Tree hikes. We had an amazing stay!

The house was amazing and well thought out. We prepared an entire Thanksgiving dinner with a well-stocked kitchen (we bought the food, of course). The hosts were quick and kind with communication. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub amazing. The backyard was very private with a view of the mountains.

Wonderful Stay in Palm Springs!

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and I cannot say enough good things about this home. It was even better in person! The rental was set up very nicely and every detail didn’t go unnoticed. From the comfortable beds, to the pool toys, to the seamless check in process, everything was great. The hosts had a booklet answering any and all questions we had about the home. I highly recommend this VRBO!
