This stunning modern Villa accommodates a total of 14 people in seven bedrooms, five of which have en-suite bathrooms.

It has big heated pool, garden, sauna and amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena.

The Villa has been totally renovated 2019 with a taste of luxury.

And the Villas Pool and garden area have been renovated 2022!

Groups of friends are welcome, but there is no tolerance for any type of parties!

Upstairs you will find a large owners suite with stunning views over Benalmádena and the Mediterranean Sea with a french balcony and a large marble bathroom. A large fully equipped kitchen is also located upstairs. Here you find the lounge and dining area for 14 people and a large covered terrace with 240 degree unobstructed sea view and views of Benalmádena. In downstairs there are six bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms, a guest kitchen with dining area and lounge and a large terrace with unobstructed sea views. In addition, the house has three guest toilets.

Down at the renovated pool level you will find a large heated swimming pool, a sauna with outdoor showers and loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun! The villa has a large garden accessible from the pool area where you can pick your own lemons, limes, oranges, avocados and tangerines.
