We continuously strive to ensure that our guests get the most amazing holiday and as such, we have just finished upgrades that will complement the new kitchen from 2019 - in 2022 we have established complete new air conditioning and new floors in the entire house, 4 new bathrooms and a new dinning area - plus acces to a new gas BBQ.

Upgraded air conditioning and heating making this villa perfect for winter travel. Brand new pool heater (max 32 degrees!) ensures the bath all year round!

Luxury towels (650 gsm) and pool towels are also provided free of charge. High quality sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Wonderful air-conditioned and heated 5-bedroom villa in Urbanisation Carib Playa, Las Chapas, just a few minutes' walk from Marbella's best beaches and the beautiful little port of Puerto Cabopino. Puerto Cabopino is without a doubt the most beautiful port on the Costa del Sol and offers a selection of excellent bars, restaurants and nightclubs and which can now be reached by the newly introduced promenade for a pleasant walk in the evening (about 15 minutes).

The property consists of 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors making it an ideal choice for two families who want to go on holiday together while providing your own privacy when you want it or alternatively larger families celebrating special occasions. It has often been rented out for family gatherings to celebrate important birthdays etc.

Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double with fully equipped bathroom and two large twin rooms, another bathroom with dobble showers, entrance hall, study, large separate lounge leading out to the balcony.

A functional granite staircase leads down to another lounge and dining room, the villa's hub with access directly to the terrace, pool and gardens. A fully equipped kitchen, large family bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin room and storage room. All bedrooms have fully equipped wardrobes.

The villa also benefits from high-speed WiFi internet.

Amazing winter break, Christmas or New Year stroll along the beach in the sun with your family. The months of December and January on the Costa Del Sol can be beautiful and dry with temperatures up to 18-19 degrees and feel warmer with the sun on your face. Why not break up those winter blouses with a 3 or 4 day break. The villa is fully heated. And bars and restaurants in the local area are open all year round!

NOTE: Please note that all short breaks (5 days or less) will receive an additional cleaning cost of £20 per person. This is simply because it is uneconomic to rent Villa at the prices indicated in such short periods that the cleaning costs remain the same as would be the case for a week. Please note that these costs will not be included in any quotes generated through the Homeaway website, as it does not currently seem possible to provide separate quotes for short breaks including these additional cleaning costs.
