Modern charming country cottage for long term availability

Newly built modern country cottage with long term availability. Perfect city getaway or work from home opportunity. Pets accepted. Wifi, gas fireplace, outdoor grill, a/c, washer dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Fully furnished. What don't we have? dishwasher, full size frig, range. We do have 1/2 size frig and freezer, microwave, stove top Breville oven and air fryer, electric Cuisinart two burner countertop. We dont have a ton of storage space but it hasnt been a problem so far. It will depend upon how much you are bringing with you.
Because this is a cottage associated with a main house, you wont have your own mail box. Deliveries would come to the main house and we can bring them to your front door. If you are needing your own mail delivery, you might consider leasing a PO box at the local office if necessary. So far it has worked out even for long term guests. Mentioning it because everyone's needs are different. All guests must be older than 40 years of age and must produce identification. Relationship between guests must be explained. We would like to meet in person in advance of accepting any reservation. No smoking on or around premises. All linens must stay inside the premises and may not be removed from premises for any reason. Tenant is responsible for a weekly cleaning fee ($100) with the Landlord's cleaning personnel to be paid by Tenant dirctly to cleaning personnel.
