We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, spacious and comfortable for our party of 4. The location was incredibly convenient for everything we had planned, which made our trip much more enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

Great kitchen, clean, and so close to walk to the US side of the falls. So close, you can hear the rapids when you step outside. Nice to have a set parking place at the adjoining property. Great walking to either downtown or the Falls. Would recommend and would come back.

Our Niagara spot was wonderful and exactly the Shangri-La we needed after a warm and busy morning. The snacks were helpful and the place was clean. Great location. You can walk just down the street from the apt and get to the falls pretty quickly. Thanks for great communication and letting us stay there!

Overall, this property was perfectly located to Niagara Falls. My biggest gripe was the cleanliness of the property. When we first walked in we instantly noticed a dirty floor. After unloading our luggage with our socks on, we were disappointed to have filthy sock bottoms. I hope the host can hire a better cleaning crew. Other than cleanliness, it was a nice place.

Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, we had everything we need. Very convenient location. If you are planning to walk a lot it's the best place to stay. It close to entrance to park and attractions. It took us aproximately 20 min from appatment to get Canada by foot (crossing the board) with my elderly mom. Bus stop 40 just at the corner of the next street will take you to the grocery store "Tops" just in 6 min ride -make sure to verify final destination "Portage road transit center". We took "Ourbus" to get from airport and "Flix" bus to get to airport. They were on time, check the schedule of these two buses. I will recommend this place to everyone who is not going to rent a car.

Niagara Falls - great location!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Coffee was included and nice to have in the morning, but bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Very close to state park entrance, and close to Spot Cafe (great for breakfast)!

Great location

This property was located close enough to walk to Prospect Point, Shoreline trail, and restaurants. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location. Very walkable to Niagara park and a few restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed to met our needs. A bonus were the Kurig cups to get us started for the day. Happy Family!

Great Location

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.
