Maison joyeuse 3 chambres avec garage

-This home is a 1900 sq ft house built in 1952 right on the border between the city of Wauwatosa and Milwaukee. It is situated in a quiet but active neighborhood where you will find neighbors out enjoying each day.
- It's about a 20 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee and about a 10 minute drive from plenty of shopping and food options, Children's Hospital, Milwaukee County Zoo, American Family Field, and State Fair Grounds.

**NO SMOKING INSIDE**
**NO PARTIES/EXTRA GUESTS NOT ON RESERVATION**

Entry will be through the front door using a lock box attached to the door knob. This is a one story home with a recreation room and brand new washer and dryer in the basement. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one full bathroom with a tub and shower, and one half bathroom. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped next to a small dining area. The spacious living room has tons of natural light and contains a 50" Smart TV connected to WiFi allowing access to streaming services but no cable or local channels. The home is not baby-proofed but pack 'n plays can be provided when requested. There is central air conditioning.

Video Surveillance: – As of 05/14/2022, the property has surveillance cameras outside of the main house only to check for arrivals and departures for housekeeping services. They are located outside of the front entrance and back entrance.

The cameras are NOT monitored and are NOT continuously recording. Their recordings are motion triggered and used to resolve incidents that may arise. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in the public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.


Guests have access to the entire home. We just ask that you respect it as you would your own.

There is a 2 car garage for guests to use. One garage door opener will be provided for guests. Do NOT lose the garage door opener. Losing it will result in a $40 fee to replace the garage door opener.

Self check in time is anytime after 3PM.

Check out is by 11AM. Please be prompt .

Nice spacious home, clean and comfortable.Very comfortable beds! Lots of seating! Plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to have a FEW extra blankets available as we were lounging on the couch!We were in town for a celebration of life and this was the perfect retreat to regroup for our family. The location was central to all our destinations. It was also a bonus and really nice to have garage parking available!The Host was very communicative and pleasant.Great stay!

Quiet and clean location within easy access to Milwaukee and its numerous attractions. Our host was friendly, honest and very responsive to my questions. Beds were comfortable and the it was really nice to be able to park the car in the garage as opposed to the street. My only suggestions would be to add a garbage can in the kitchen, a good sized sponge to help clean counters, and an extension cord or two to help charge phones, IPads, etc. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This has been one of the best experiences staying at VRBO‘s multiple times. This host is such an accommodating host and everything that’s needed was always provided for. A very clean, comfy property, which was well-equipped, with kitchen labels and basic supplies. Loved having the laundry capabilities, too. The kiddies loved the foos ball table in the nice, cool basement. It was in a great location, especially close to Cooper Park and our daughter’s place.My only suggestion would be to get an electrical outlet in the half-bath, especially when sharing space with a larger group.

All of your questions and our answers speak about our impressions of our planning and the actual house we rented! We were truly impressed by the cleanliness and the spacious area available to us to sleep, eat, and visit during the hours we were in the house! You certainly provided many extra amenities for showering, first aid, kitchen equipment, and the laundry supplies in the event we needed to launder anything!I personally would suggest you BETTER post the DROP OFF in the garage! Someone could do a lot of damage to a car!We would definitely rent the house again and refer others!Want to make you aware of the flushing handle in the smaller bathroom!
