This beautiful condo located in the Brass Rails Condominiums has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a full size beds. Bedroom 3 is the master suite with a king size bed and attached full bath with a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.

To access the property, there is a gate off of the main Tybee road (Butler Avenue) that a code will be provided for the day before check in. The unit provides 2 parking spaces in a parking garage. Parking passes will be provided upon arrival. Please ensure you park in the proper Unit number space.
This unit is located on the second floor. There are stairs for direct access and also an elevator to ensure luggage and other items brought along can easily be brought into the condo upon your arrival.
The condo is keyless entry, meaning a door code will be provided to you prior to your arrival in your detailed check in instructions.

This condo is located in the most convenient and sought after location allowing guests to walk to not only the beach, but everything on the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops on the south end of the island! There are two pools (for guests only of the Brass Rails Condominiums) and one hot tub.

Guests can park for free at the condo and walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops.
