We had a wonderful stay here. The property is beautiful and close to the Glenwood Hot Springs. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

What a great stay!! Dog friendly with a fenced in dog run and deck, with plenty of space to play fetch off leash!! Bed availability was perfect for a group of 5 and 2 pups. Easy river access that made a nice morning walk. Would 100% book again

It was really nice to stay so close to Glenwood Springs without staying in the hustle and bustle. We all enjoyed having the extra space and peace and quiet. The house has everything you need and the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond.

If I could give the property and owners 7 stars I would!!!We've stayed in many locations in Colorado over the past 20 years and this location, property and views rank at the very top of our list. It was sparkling clean, communications were excellent and views were breathtaking. We can't wait to go back to this location. Only thing I would do different next visit, is book it for a couple of weeks. Thank you L & C

A truly magical place to experience the best of what Colorado has to offer. Great location right on the Colorado River with close access to the Roaring Fork Valley and Glenwood Springs. Huge property with lots of space around to let the pups run, go for a walk and play ball. Views both east and west along the Colorado River were stunning with incredible sunlight shows off the mountains and colorful trees of fall. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out and a fully stocked kitchen – we abandoned our plans to go out to dinner and just hung out, cooked in and enjoyed. Lots of really nice touches to make your stay comfortable. Thank you!!!!

This home was a perfect fit for our family of 7 as we spent the week visiting the Glenwood Springs area. We encountered some minor logistical issues due to our large family size and the length of our stay, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the home was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the kids loved having access to the beach on the river.

This property was incredibly beautiful!! The views are stunning and especially beautiful at sunset. We spent many evenings grilling and just enjoying ourselves right at the house. The owners are very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area. Kitchen is well supplied with every thing you need to cook your own meals. The entire house is well stocked and they have thought of everything!!

Amazing property and an asset to VRBO to have such incredible hosts. I genuinely believe most people will miss a lot of details that make this place so special aside from the perfect view. The home is well stocked with essentials and very clean. The hosts provided plenty of instructions prior to the visit and throughout were sure to check in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I can't say enough great things about this place or the hosts Chris and Leslie and while I wish we could keep this place a secret, its too amazing not to share. Looking forward to when next summers calendar opens up!

This place is a little slice of Heaven! The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well appointed. The views of the range, the river and the sunset from the back deck are spectacular!! From the moment we booked, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating! This is a great location - close enough to Glenwood Springs to enjoy town and all that it has to offer - but also far enough that you are able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a home on the river. We sat in the river and enjoyed looking for river rocks with our grandsons while their parents tubed the river. Around 3 miles from the house there is a Disc Golf Course that has an easy access spot for small boats or tubes to enter the water. It took our group under 2 hours to float from the Course back to the house. Our kids said floating the river was a top 10 experience for them! This is truly one of those places that is hard to leave! We loved our stay at Leslie and Chris's place and hope to go back next summer!

We loved our stay here! The house and the property are beautiful. Having access to our own private sandy beach on the water was amazing. It's perfect for families, groups of friends, or as a romantic getaway for couples. Also a great place to bring your dog and let them run and play! The hosts are so kind and helpful. When we left we were already making plans for when we could book our next trip, we'll definitely be back!
