Charmant, confortable, maison située au centre 4 +2 1/2 (7 personnes)

Cette maison, construite en 1941 par le propriétaire d'une pharmacie locale, a été restaurée dans sa beauté originale et chaleureuse du milieu du siÚcle avec des équipements supplémentaires. Vous pouvez sentir les moments heureux en famille dans cette maison. June et Ward Cleaver seraient fiers.

Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte. Un demi-bain se trouve prÚs de la cuisine. A l'étage, il y a trois chambres (une avec lit king, une avec deux lits jumeaux et une avec un jumeau) et une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire séparées. Une grande cour arriÚre clÎturée offre des terrains de jeux sûrs.

À deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la riviĂšre Roaring Fork avec ses vastes pistes cyclables et Ă  quatre pĂątĂ©s de maisons du centre-ville, notre maison est situĂ©e au centre avec un accĂšs facile aux magasins, restaurants, sources chaudes, spas, stations de ski, parcs d'aventure, sentiers de randonnĂ©e, rafting et. .. Dois-je continuer? Il y a tant Ă  faire Ă  Glenwood Springs.

We loved our stay at Donna‘s place! The house itself was charming and had everything we needed. Everything from shopping to pools to restaurants was within moderate walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Very Comfortable

Just as it looks in the photos. Nice fully fenced yard with a pretty garden. Comfortable furniture and beds! Donna was a very wonderful host and we would love to visit there again for sure! Stayed three nights with my daughter and her family. I recommend this beautiful and very well cared for home. So many wonderful original fixtures have been preserved in this home.Fantastic!

Charming cottage

A convenient location near Main Street in a neighborhood with historic cottages and close to the Hot Springs. Immaculately kept and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Perfect for our family with small grandsons and two dogs.

This property is consistently great

Several of my family members and I have stayed at this VRBO over the years. The best things about this property: the fresh and crisp bed linens, the clean kitchen stocked with pretty stoneware, the availability of a downstairs bedroom along with the three bedrooms upstairs, the close proximity to restaurants, the river and the hot springs and finally the fact that they allow dogs. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Loved this Property!

The house was perfect. Spacious, clean, good energy and in a beautiful neighborhood.The beds were comfortable and we absolutely loved the backyard for morning coffee and wine in the evening. Donna the host was super communicative and helpful. We will hopefully be back next year!

Great home and location

We had a wonderful stay in your home. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and baths very clean. Loved sitting outside in your lovely yard with the tulips and lilacs in bloom. Close to town and the hot springs. Kinda wish the cable tv had more channels to watch several were not part of the package and kept freezing up. Thank you letting us use your home we had a great stay.

I adored this house and the location was just perfect. Walking distance to town and short drive to attractions. Nice quiet street with friendly neighbors. I loved the art art on the walls and the comfort of the beds - it felt like a well loved home.

Charming Cottage Close to Downtown

All of us absolutely adored this property. It fit all of our needs. There was ample space and the fenced backyard was a complete bonus for the dogs. Although it might be too much of a hike for some, we walked everywhere we went. So convenient to all of the shops and eating. We would definitely come here again.!

Lovely stay

Convenient location in Glenwood, walkable to much if the weather allows. Great place to stay if you are skiing in Aspen but don't want Aspen prices for lodging. The house was really comfortable for 6 people and was overall clean! Beds were comfortable, him is old and appropriately quirky as such. Highly recommend!

My husband and I live on a small organic farm in Western Colorado with our two dogs. Originally from North Carolina, I came to Colorado forty-five years ago where I married and settled. My mother joined us here for the last twelve years of her life.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

On first walking through the front door, this house felt like home to my mother and me, as if the people who had lived there were old friends, and we could remember the happy times. My mother bought the house tout suite. Not bad for ninety-three!

There is so much to love about Glenwood Springs:
good restaurants, the hot springs, great skiing and rafting, cultural events--all in an established community that is proud of its history and natural beauty.

Location!!!! While we have two private off-street parking spaces, you could easily park your car and walk, bike or bus to most any activity. We are close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced yard for your family.
