Prime mid-lake, deep water location. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. 5 bedroom, 4 full bath. One master bedroom on the walk-in floor. Two other bedrooms on that floor with queen beds that share a full bathroom. Top floor has one bedroom with a queen and full and another bedroom with a queen and twin bed that share a full bathroom. Basement floor houses the kitchen, familyroom, gameroom and additional full bathroom. Washer/dryer on main floor. Pool table and darts. Covered porch. BBQ Grill with propane included. Firepit with firewood included. Parking on property and across street on extra lot large enough for multiple boats to park. Two slip dock with power for your boats with swim platform. Kitchenware and bathroom necessities included. Coffee maker, Keurig(coffee not provided) and microwave. 10 mins to I57 and I24. NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed. No parties. No loud music outside. Please note that for the safety of the renters, owners, and neighbors, we have Ring Cameras installed at front and back doors and are exterior view only. Garage not accessible for renters.
Pontoon boat and 2 kayaks available to rent also.

It's a lovely property and the owner was very gracious and cared that we enjoyed our stay. We even rented his boat which really added to the joy of our stay.

Chill on the lake!!

We came with friends, total group of 9. House was quite roomy with private space for everyone as well as plenty of gathering space. The kids swam and fished off the dock, we rented the boat and explored nearly the whole lake. Very peaceful spot with friendly neighbors and Great Lake views from nearly every room. The house decor feels dated but very clean and excellent condition, photos don’t do it justice. We loved our stay and would return again!! Our host was very helpful. Thank you!!

Unique property right off the lake

The house had a unique set up that is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy time on the lake. The bedrooms are located on the top floors, nicely separated from the kitchen and hangout areas in the basement that opened up directly to the patio. Access to the lake and dock are just a short flight of steps away.The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived.The host, Scott, was welcoming and easy to work with. He responded to all messages promptly.It was very convenient to also be able to rent the boat and kayaks, having access to them directly from the house. And the kids had a blast on the lilypad!

The covered dock is what we was looking for in using my own boat and swimming. The house provided everything we needed for our group of eight adults a teenager and a five-year-old.

Amazing house

Great time! Everything was perfect! The house is big enough to fit 3 families with kids. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Big family room and beautiful backyard. Scott is nice and responsive for everything we needed during our stay. The boat ride in the lake is worth every minute. We will come back for sure!

Home away from home

Beautiful, clean home with lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The back patio faces the lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And of course a fire pit and a gas grill. Scott was so kind and responsive to any questions we may have had.

Annual Guys Trip

This was an awesome place to stay. We have 6 guys who grew up together and we get together once a year for a "guys" trip and this ranked as one of our best thus far!

Family trip

Scott was very helpful and quick to answer questions. The spiral staircase makes it a little hard to get to bedrooms but that is in description so we were prepared for that. Fridge and cabinets were pretty dirty when we got there but the counters and everything else was clean. The dock was really nice for our three fishing boats and a great area for the kids to swim.

Amazing Gem in Southern IL

I selfishly almost still on a writer review on how great this place is. The lake is amazing. The boat was wonderful that we rented from the property owner. Everything was clean inside the house and organized. It was really great for us with a few small kids. We had an entire family reunion there. Cannot more highly recommend and Scott was a very friendly Host.

Guys friend trip

Scott was great to work with. Very quick to respond and helpful with all questions. House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfortable and most everything was maintained well. Outside was maintained, grill worked great, fishing off dock was nice. Few little things that can be bit better. Shower heads are low, some of us are taller and that made it hard. Kuerig didn’t work. Overall would definitely stay there again.

It was okay.

The house could use a good cleaning especially the kitchen. The stove is awfully dirty. Master bath shower doesn’t drain properly.Second floor shared bath faucet leaks. Bathroom tub is leaking. I think it should state not for Seniors. The risers were very high. Higher then most. STRANGE LAYOUT
