Location! 2500 Sq ft! Built in 2020, this contemporary spacious light-filled home steps from Cranmore Mtn. and .5 miles to N. Conway Village. The perfect blend of mountain getaway and luxe retreat with 2 spacious family rooms, 4 en-suite BR`s, 2 washers, 2 dryers, heated garage game room w/ shuffleboard & ping pong, AC, radiant floor heating, gas fireplace, & 2nd story deck. Beds triple sheeted to guarantee a fresh, hygenic cover for each guest. The ultimate end to your daily Mt. WV adventures.
Curl up by the gas fireplace in the open-concept 1st floor living room with a movie playing on the 65-inch Smart TV, head upstairs to find a second extra large living room and watch on the 55-inch Smart TV or revisit your childhood via the retro Atari gaming system. Each night, you`ll sleep soundly in one of the four bedrooms - a massive master suite upstairs with a 42-inch TV, two queen bedrooms on the main level, and a fourth bedroom on the main floor with two twin beds. Two queen-size sofa beds - one upstairs and one downstairs - provide additional accommodations.
The chefs in your party will be pleased to find a well equipped kitchen with all you`ll need including additional items: instant pot, electric griddle, slow cooker, blender, hand mixer, electric tea kettle, and outdoor grill. Grill is hooked up to home propane so you`ll never run out! Extra long counter seats 6, large table seats 8 for a total of 14 place settings.
Should you need to find a quiet space to work away from your group, a desk station has been set up in the master bedroom.
You will have private indoor access to entire 2 story, 2500 square foot town home and 2nd story deck. Three en-suite BR`s on first floor require no steps; master located upstairs. Shared back yard for lounging in our camp chairs or playing a round of cornhole/provided.

Our home is perfectly placed between the village of North Conway (less than half a mile west) and the slopes of Cranmore Mountain Resort (a quarter-mile east). In town, you`ll be able to ride the Conway Scenic Railroad, play a round at the North Conway Golf Course, and find all manner of shops, eateries, outlets, and restaurants along the White Mountain Highway. You`ll be just seven miles south of Story Land, six miles north of the Kancamagus Highway and some of the most beautiful foliage in New Hampshire, and an easy drive from such popular mountain resorts as Attitash (nine miles northwest), Wildcat (19 miles north), and Bretton Woods (30 miles northwest).
Parking in driveway in front of house front of house- Flat, no slope or hill. Roads leading to house fully paved.
The home is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and independently inspected before your arrival. We utilize Hotel style triple sheet system; beds made up with freshly laundered top, middle, and bottom sheet (no unwashed bedspreads used).
Please note that there will be a waiver for the hot tub that must be signed prior to arrival.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
- Absolutely no pets
