Welcome Fishermen, Hunters, Pelican and Eagle watchers, Vacationers, and anyone wanting to get away from it all to enjoy some time at Harlan County Lake! Our spacious house has plenty of room, so bring your boat and friends for a fun and exciting time hunting, boating, fishing, swimming at the beach, enjoying scenic vistas; plus wonderful walking /biking trails that are just minutes away! When it's time for a little shut eye snuggle into your comfy beds and a pull out sofa! There is room for 8 to sleep comfortably! We are close to downtown shopping, several tempting restaurants, the Alma City pool, a lovely library at the park, and public golf coarse. Many other delightful surprises await you when you explore the small charming towns close to the lake: Alma, Republican City, Orleans, Stamford and more!

The overall experience was great - House was spotless clean. Furnishings were excellent. I literally could not fault one thing. Close to the lake. Will defiantly use this place again.

Awesome place!

This place had everything we needed! Lots of outdoor space for the grandkids and very attentive hosts! Very clean and the coffee bar was a plus!!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room for everyone. The house was squeaky clean.

Weekend on the lake

We give this rental 5 stars! Very clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed or forgotten to make our stay comfortable, simple and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The basement was a fun hang out spot for our 3 boys ages 12,10 and 8. Two full bathrooms worked perfectly for our group of 7. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our weekend at Rick's rental. They have the best stocked rental that we have ever used. The house was big enough for the family that was enjoying the lake. The dining area is a little cramped, but the outdoor seating helped tremendously. The downstairs bathroom was quite a treat for several of our family members! The addition of a dishwasher and washer and dryer would be great, as we did have clothes from the lake that we would have loved to get clean before we packed them away. Lots of time got spent washing dishes as well. A dishwasher would have made that more convenient, but definitely not a deal breaker! Overall a great house with enough space for our group! We would stay again if the opportunity arises!

Wonderful

Great place to stay! Extremely clean with extra special bonuses everywhere. The little treat for our kids was so nice. Very comfortable. Mostly everything we need and ask for. No dishwasher, and no washer and dryer. But it was still great!! Communication via phone calls was more than I am used to. Ha! I prefer texts. But the hosts were incredibly helpful and nice! We will return! Enjoyed our stay very much! Very nice! Highly recommend! Thank you!!
