A cozy house retreat in Republican City and Harlan County Reservoir.

Our house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King bed with a connecting master bath. The second bedroom includes bunkbeds with 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. The 2nd bathroom is located adjacent to the 2nd bedroom in the hallway. The living room has 2 couches which pull out for an extra bed that can fit 2 people comfortably and there is a single chair that pulls out into a single bed. You can hang out in our spacious garage that include couches, an electronic dartboard and cornhole boards. It’s a nice area to gather family and friends and hang out after a day on the lake.

There are seating areas in the front and back of the house. The back of the house has a fire pit and an outdoor propane smokeless fire table which are soooooo cozy on any summer night. The garage is open to use for gathering, cooking or just hanging out. Freezer in garage has free bagged ice for your stay! 😎

We welcome dogs, but not cats. Please do not let them lay or sit on any of our furniture. We provide a dog bed for them to use on the floor.

Our property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood which is close to a playground and restaurants. Harlan County Reservoir is the second largest lake in Nebraska. We also have easy access for pulling your boats and lots of parking available on our concrete driveway. We also have a plugin for charging your boat batteries in front of our property by our flagpole. Local attractions –
