This beautiful, custom BEACHFRONT home is located in the beautiful community of San Antonio Del Mar. SADM is a gated oceanfront community with 2 pools, 2 tennis courts and a basketball court. The Beach House is just 20 minutes (15 miles) south of the San Diego border and only 7-8 minutes (10 Miles) north of downtown Rosarito and adjacent to the Real Del Mar Golf Resort. This Beach House has its own private steps to the beach and is just three houses down from the community pool & tennis court. Right in front of the Beach House, there are miles of beach for fishing, surfing, swimming, walking & watching the dolphins go by. There are restaurants, a coffee shop, a pizza place & a wine bar inside the gated community. Visit Puerto Nuevo for some delicious grilled lobster and the famous La Fonda restaurant that's only 20-25 minutes away...or plan a day in Ensenada for some amazing seafood or checkout the artisan shops. Take an easy and scenic drive to the famous vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe that's just 45 minutes away. This Beach House has everything you need to make it your home away from home, plus some incredible views of the Coronado Islands from the numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. Play pool or ping pong in your own private game room. Soak in a bubble bath with your own jacuzzi bathtub for two (inside the home). There are two patios off the dining & living rooms to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and enjoy a relaxing day out on an expansive patio with a BBQ island facing the ocean. Relax in the loungers or in one of several patio sets watching the dolphins surf the waves. Enjoy a homemade meal by a personal chef or make your own gourmet meal with the professional Wolf stove and double ovens. Have a massage by a licensed massage therapist at the house by the waves! You will love this house and will not want to leave!!

Safe neighborhood with a great ocean view

The house had everything you need and very clean. Beautiful outdoor patio with a kitchen outside, sink and charcoal grill and lots of great seating. Loved having a pool table that coverts into a ping pong table. The Kwik Stop Market in the Community has good prices on everything you need and wood for the fireplace.

Lovely beach house, great location with private access to the beach via (very steep stairs so careful there). The view is unparalleled. The pool and courts from the HOA are right at the end of the street. We spent very little time there because the pool looked like it needed a good shock and maintenance. The beach and home were clean, three full bathrooms and a pool table that converts to pingpong. The outdoor deck was lovely and a highlight for us. Spent some time outside there enjoying it. Fair warning if you're traveling with pets: if your dog can jump they will def escape as the fence is not high (to allow for the breathtaking view) so just keep an eye on the dog or leash em up, not a deal breaker. Overall I'd return to this rental any day and me and my family had a wonderful 4 days at the beach.

Good overall experience

I’ll preface this by stating the property went through a change in ownership just prior to our stay, so the unpleasant portions of our trip were a result of the change. The biggest negative was a malfunctioning refrigerator which froze all our food. I spoke with the new owner and she was kind enough to buy our group lunch to help offset the loss of our refrigerated perishables. There were also several water leaks, all due to the storms we had during the beginning of our stay. Aside from those 2 things, the house is very nice and the new owner did what she could to make our trip more enjoyable. Will definitely book again.

Great hosting house in San Antonio del Mar

The house was clean and spacious, perfect for 2 couples + 2 singles. Having fires on the outside deck or inside in the living room to keep warm was also a great atmosphere.

Great peaceful getaway.

We all Had a wonderful time and we spent most of it on the beach and around the fire pit. We Cooked most of the meals in and enjoyed the whole experience. We Could not have been more pleased. We watched dolphins in the surf every day and had the beach to ourselves. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Amazing

We had an amazing time! The home was beautiful, ease of access to the home and beach. Beautiful sunsets, Dolphins, great places to eat and have some cocktails with great fees not only from the home but from the cafe and bar located in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!

Nice house in San Antonio Del Mar

It is a very nice house with gorgeous views from the living room, main bedroom, and patio. There is direct access to the beach (44 steps). The house has sufficient pots, pans, dishes, and utensils if you want to cook your own meals including an outside grill that was super clean. You should bring your own spices and cooking oil. There is a pool table, however the cue sticks were broken. The community is gated and felt safe. The most people I saw on the beach at one time was probably 15 to 20 people on Saturday. There are many good restaurants in Rosarito which is a 10 to 15 minute drive. We ordered pizza from the pizza place that is in the development and it was good. There is also a store where you can buy drinks, snacks, and I believe firewood. I brought my duraflame logs from home because I saw there was a firepit on the patio in the pictures. The only negatives were minor and fixable( screens on upstairs patio doors need repair, and ceiling fan in bedroom upstairs not working). Overall this is a very good house in an excellent location. I would definately stay here again.

Amazing Beach House!

This property was perfect for the 6 of us. It has an amazing view of the ocean and the islands. We watched dolphins frolicking in the surf right in front of the patio. The patio furniture is comfortable and the firepit kept us cozy warm while we watched the sun go down and sipped drinks. The stairs to the beach give easy access to the sand. The home was spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

Best beach house

This place was over the top of my expectation. A very clean and beautiful place. My daughters and family enjoyed the place. The house had everything, a beachfront view, your entrance down to the beach, fireplace, fire pit...etc. the bathroom, kitchen, and rooms were very clean. I will rent this house without any hesitation. Excellent place! I give you more than 10.

We LOVED IT!!

My wife and I plus our two chocolate labs spent an amazing weekend here! The house was exactly as advertised, clean, convenient and safe. The patio and beach couldn’t be more comfortable, it felt private. We’ll be back in July for a week and we can’t wait!

Amazing beach front home for a perfect getaway!

The pictures on the app did not give justice to the property. The beautiful beach views are there from the moment one opens the front door. A hallway welcomes you into the living room past the two up stairs bedrooms, past the kitchen, and into the living room from where you can access two balconies over looking the down stairs patio and the beach. This view was only the beginning of a very relaxing week stay with my wife, two sons, my youngest sons girlfriend, and two nieces. The whole house is well kept and was very nicely furnished. It very comfortably allowed our whole group to enjoy the stay. The down stairs master bath with tub was my wife's favorite feature. The kids enjoyed the pool/ping pong table down stairs. I myself enjoyed grilling on the outside charcoal grill. The days we stayed were a bit too cold to allow us to enjoy a bonfire in the patio. But we did get to sit out there and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the cool breeze during the day. We also enjoyed a beach day, and found ourselves having the whole beach to ourselves. The stairwell leading from the back patio to the beach appears to be better maintai ed than other adjacent properties. The entire home is well kept and well furnished. Checking in was a breeze and we experienced zero issues during our week long stay. We left looking forward to being able to return soon. Overall, a beautiful property well fit to provide vacationers with a great stay right on the beach. Thank you!

Amazing Beach Vacation

The location was amazing. Awesome views of the beach from the house and stairs straight down to the shore. Huge patio to relax with a fire or curl up with a book while enjoying the ocean.
