Nice cozy, private apartment

A very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also a safe area as well. The property itself has all of the necessities for a long term stay such as a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen. It is also not far from the downtown Bridgeport area with many places worth visiting.

The property is just as advertised. I did appreciate the extra efforts with security process. Communication with owner was outstanding. Only thing missing was a roll of paper towels.

Awesome rental and minutes away from UB

The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend!

Weekend away

Although my original plans for the weekend changed I had a wonderful rainy stay. There are definitely a lot of food options in the area to choose from, and the walkability to the beach albeit cold and off-season was very nice. My only downside would be there were a lot of remotes and no clear placement of where which went to, the tv did not have cable(or at the very least I couldn't figure out how to use it), the only real option for air flow was to crack the windows, but otherwise a very nice place. I'm sure if I would have reached out they could have helped more during my stay, but I digress.

The area was iffy. The property around the building unkept. Inside all the doors for apts paint was pealing off them. Hallway floor were dirty. Sofa in apt was dirty. Limited ac. Only stayed as long as it took me to find a new place to stay. 15 minutes. This was not as advertised and would never recommend. Even after we left they wanted pictures which I did not take because I wanted out as fast as I could. They kept sending me emails asking me if I was enjoying myself. Apparently they have never been to this property. No refund or discount was offered for not staying. Was celebrating a special weekend.
