This brand new home is situated at the base of the Teton mountains, just minutes from "downtown" Driggs and Grand Targhee Resort, with Jackson, Wyoming and Grand Teton National Park less than an hour away. Enjoy the fantastic views, watch the sunset from the front porch, or relax in the private hot tub on the back patio. The home is fully furnished with every modern amenity to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



The Space:

Our spacious home is designed to accommodate up to 15 guests with ease, offering 5 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, expansive indoor living areas, and a cozy outdoor patio complete with a hot tub, comfortable seating, and a gas BBQ.



KITCHEN & DINGING (Main Floor)

Our kitchen is a culinary dream, fully stocked and ready to cater to a gathering of 15. Equip your culinary exploits with our large fridge and freezer, and enjoy family dinners using amenities like a microwave, conventional oven, induction stovetop, coffee maker, and more. The dining area, complemented by a center island and barstools, is perfect for social meals.



INDOOR LIVING

Our home features large living spaces on both floors. The main floor living room offers a luxurious leather sofa set, a large smart TV, Sonos speakers, and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Downstairs, dive into entertainment with an oversized leather sectional, smart TV, Sonos speakers, arcade games, bean bags, and a variety of board and card games.



BEDROOMS

Each bedroom is a private sanctuary. The primary bedroom on the main floor includes a king bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms vary in setup, offering king beds, queen beds, twin beds, and delightful bunk beds, ensuring comfortable accommodations for all guests.



BATHROOMS

Our bathrooms cater to both privacy and convenience, with one located in the master suite, another on the main floor, and a third in the basement, each featuring a shower/tub combination and modern amenities.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Experience breathtaking sunrises over the Tetons and serene sunsets to the west on our private backyard patio. It's equipped with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub, all within a fenced yard for privacy and enjoyment.



PARKING & EV CHARGER

Our property includes a 2-car garage, driveway space, and street parking. The garage features a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger for your electric vehicles.

Getting Around:

Grand Teton National Park is about 57 minutes (39.7 miles) away. Yellowstone National Park can be accessed via the West Entrance in 1 hr 46 min (95.6 miles) or the South Entrance in 2 hr 28 min (115 miles). While you’re not officially within park boundaries, Teton Valley offers incredible hiking, wildlife, and outdoor activities right nearby—often referred to as the quiet side of the Tetons. Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is just 21 minutes away, while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is about 40 minutes. Driggs is 5 minutes away, Victor 16 minutes, Jackson 51 minutes, and Teton Village 40 minutes. Regional airports include Jackson Hole (1 hr 3 min), Idaho Falls (1 hr 15 min), and Bozeman (3 hr 25 min).
