HILL TOP PARADISE WITH LAKE VIEW AND LAKE ACCESS

peaceful hill top cottage is the perfect place for you and your family to disconnect, and communicate, no WiFi by choice.
Phone signal sometimes spoty.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, the cottage is situated in a unique way that offers many seating areas with stunning views of the lake.

Enjoy the lake by taking a a 2 minute stroll down the hill and across the road.
A beautiful park like setting is awaiting you ,
where you can swim off the dock, take in the sun, watch the sunset, do some fishing and have an evening fire.
(check for regulations).
Before you start a fire, please check the municipal website or office to ensure there is no FIRE BAN in place that would prevent any burning.

FIRE
There is no day burning allowed within the Township from April 01 to October 31st between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm.
After this time, should you wish to burn, please ensure that the size of your burn pile is no bigger than 2mx 2m x2m. Please also ensure you have proper equipment and individuals to control the fire.

The space
The newly renovated open spaced kitchen is fully equipped and will have you cooking up your favorite meals in no time. There are even fresh herbs on the balcony for you to enjoy.

There are: 2 fully furnished living rooms, (upper and ground)
3 full bathrooms
2 large decks with 1 propane BBQ
2 Fire pits

The cottage is set up for two families with two separate living rooms and kitchens.

Guest access,

Guest have access to the whole house and lake with dock.
Other things to note
Please note that ALL GARBAGE must be taken by guests or brought to dump on specific days that it is open(dates are available at time of booking). If you are unable to abide by this rule, please make other arrangements with the host.
Please under no circumstances can garbage left outside because of wild animals. Thank you for your consideration.
