Welcome to your poolside winter retreat at Mountain Thunder Lodge, where alpine charm meets modern comfort. Located just steps from the BreckConnect Gondola (via private tunnel) and a short stroll from Main Street, this ski-in condo offers unbeatable access to the mountain and Breckenridge’s best winter attractions.

Inside, unwind in inviting, well-appointed spaces featuring plush bedding, a cozy stone gas fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances—perfect for casual meals or aprùs-ski gatherings.

Step onto your expansive wrap-around deck to take in snow-covered mountain views, sip your morning coffee in the crisp alpine air, or stargaze under the clear winter sky.

For year-round comfort, the condo is equipped with air-conditioning fans in both bedrooms and the living room.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, as well as all shared building amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, hot tub, ski locker room, community BBQ grill, elevators, conference room, and reception area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the luxury amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including pools, spa, bowling, media room, and shuttle service.

Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Other things to note
As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Guests are also invited to enhance their stay with a curated selection of premium in-home services; including chef-prepared meals, wellness experiences, and private transportation; coordinated exclusively through our hospitality team. Additional information about available services will be shared after your reservation is confirmed.

Wonderful location—close to town, but still quiet. Owner was very responsive and replaced hair dryers that didn’t on the same morning we told the they were broken.

Nice, clean property with a great location. We did not cook but everything we would have needed was.

The property was well maintained. There is a nice balcony that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay at this property! The two bedroom / two bath floorplan made it perfect for everyone to have their own space and get a good night’s rest-very comfortable beds! We enjoyed being close enough to town put situated in a very quiet area. The garage parking was an added bonus. Thank you for an amazing stay! We can’t wait to return!

Family ski trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Mountain Thunder condo. The location was ski in off of Four o'clock & was probably the closest walk to catch the Gondola up to Peak 8. We utilized the shuttle for family sledding day at Carter park & several family dinners out in downtown Breck. They were great. We did alot of cooking & the kitchen was well appointed. The Grandbabies loved the pool & hot tubs located right there. We will definitely stay again!

GREAT STAY!

We loved our stay in Breck! It was a very nice townhome with everything we needed. We went on a last minute trip for a much needed getaway. We were out and about most of the day but just came back here to chill at night. It was very homey and comfy and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. I would come back!
