The Space:

This stunning, two-story home boasts 12-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, 8” crown molding framing the ceiling and floor plus additional custom molding.



The 1st floor is tiled throughout with an open floor plan, designer furnishings, formal dining and a custom designed, gourmet chef's kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen opens up to the center courtyard with heated pool and spa making entertaining a breeze.



The downstairs Master bedroom boasts a relaxing king bed, hotel linens, ensuite bathroom , dual vanities and walk in closet.



The second floor Master Bedroom is also outfitted with a relaxing king bed, hotel linens, en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in closet. Double doors open the master bedroom to the spacious second floor balcony overlooking the heated pool.



When your guests are ready to retire for the evening, both second floor, spacious Guest Bedrooms are fully carpeted with more than adequate dresser and closet storage space. The King Guest Room has direct access to the sunset balcony which hosts the most gorgeous evening views! The Queen Guest Room features a built in workspace dedicated for those who have to attend to business while visiting.



The secluded second story, 5th Bedroom Suite is located separate from the main house and has access to the pool bath directly below the spiral staircase. This spacious Queen Suite has a dedicated workspace, private living area with wall mounted flat screen tv as well as an additional queen daybed.

This location is fantastic! Located on Vanderbilt Drive and walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. You are a mile from both upscale and casual dining options, shopping, and entertainment at the Mercato. Ritzy Downtown Naples is an easy drive from here, too.
