The community offers a shared pool where you can relax in the sun or swim some laps. When you’re ready for the beach, Downtown Bethany Beach offers nearly a mile of sandy coastline for catching some rays and enjoying some seaside fun. Don’t miss strolling along the boardwalk with lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream stands and so much more!

On arrival, the first thing you’ll notice is the shaded front porch with padded rocking chairs - this is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Step inside the cozy family room, complete with a large smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. For chillier nights, a gas fireplace provides some added warmth. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a fabulous meal. The kitchen is completed by an outdoor gas grill for quick, casual meals. Just off the kitchen is a screened-in porch, perfect for chilling out and sipping cold drinks.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
