This home features a spectacular great room with an open floor plan perfect for get-togethers with family or friends. The gourmet chefs kitchen features an oversized island featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a brand new ultra-quiet Kitchen Aid dishwasher that never interrupts any conversation or activity. The island is surrounded by 6 stools which make for the perfect breakfast bar in the morning or for catching up with family and friends as people work in the kitchen throughout the day/evening. The kitchen is completely open to a wonderful dining space, as well as a gorgeous living room which features reclining leather sofa and matching reclining armchairs where you can relax while maintaining conversations with family and friends in the kitchen, dining area or relaxing by the bar. The great room features breathtaking views of the pond and fountain which runs day/night providing a constant state of calm. Lounge by the fire pit on the back patio while taking in the sunset over the pond and fountain and be transported to a new state of relaxation. There is a private main floor master bedroom with a beautiful king bed and oversized walk-in closet - perfect for clothing or a nursery for small children that need to stay close to parents. The master bath features a double granite vanity separated by a door from the oversized walk-in shower and toilet. 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs including a second floor master with matching queen and twin beds, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has another matching queen and twin bed, while the 4th bedroom features two double beds and a twin which stores underneath one of the double beds when not in use. The 4th bedroom also includes ample space for a play area as well as a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom on the 2nd floor features a double vanity separated by a door from the walk-in shower and toilet providing ample privacy for guests when needed. The 2nd floor features another oversized living space with TV and reclining leather sectional sofa adjacent to a large 2nd floor deck with an outdoor sofa and stunning sunset views over the pond and fountain. Both TVs feature a Roku with guest mode which allows for free live streaming television including live tv as well as easy login access to all of your own streaming services. Simply enter your check out date and Roku guest mode handles logging you out the day of your checkout automatically. Streaming on vacation has never been so easy. The home also features two HVAC systems to ensure the perfect temperature on each floor, as well as a tankless water heater to ensure you never run out of hot water. A spare full-sized refrigerator in the garage comes in handy for food and beverages for larger groups. There is a 7-night minimum stay and HOA fee of $150 + $50 per person ages 5 and older to access the amenities.

This house was amazing. Plenty of room for everybody and the neighborhood in the pools were exceptional. The host of the house was always attentive and got back to us with anything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay in the Bethany Beach area this is the place. Thank you again the bikes were great the beds were great all the amenities were perfect. Thank you we will be back!

Very clean and well stocked property. We enjoyed the community amenities and convenience of the location to the pools. House was equipped with everything you need for an easy get away. Sean thought of everything!

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was so much to do at the resort with the different pools. We had two children and six adults and we all love floating around the lazy river. There are also many activities close by in the Bethany Beach area That we took advantage of.The property itself was extremely comfortable with every kitchen tool that you might need, two refrigerators for overflow foods and drinks and ample seating either at the breakfast bar or at the table.There are two TV areas so people could choose what they wanted to watch on TV. we all gathered on the back patio every morning to drink our coffee and say hi to the dog walkers that would pass by. We also enjoyed using the multiple trails to ride bikes around the resort.All in all, we were very pleased with this rental and would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Beach Getaway with Resort-Style Amenities!

We just returned from an incredible vacation at this amazing property! We were looking for a beach house that had more than just proximity to the ocean, and felt like we hit the jackpot. This house is only a 10-minute drive from Bethany Beach, but what really made our vacation was the amazing resort amenities! There are two huge pools, walkable from the house, with a lazy river, splash pad, and water slides! The kids had a blast splashing around in the pools, and we loved lounging on the tanning/baja shelf, watching them have the time of their lives. And when we needed a break from the water, we biked along the bike path that winds thru the area for miles with stunning views of the bay and marshlands. It was so great to have a bike bath right outside the front door! There were also fire pits to roast marshmallows and after the kids went to bed, we were able to enjoy the house's outdoor spaces and watch the sunset over the fountain across the pond. It was a great way to unwind after a day of beach and water activities, with the kids sleeping quietly inside. The house itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 8 to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is huge and we had fun cooking and grilling together. Location was perfect, with so many amenities just a short walk or bike ride away. We can't recommend this property enough and are already planning to return next year! Thank you for having us in your beautiful home!
