The property is just as described, new, clean and everything you can need. Very comfortable, I was traveling alone and liked the security with the fob access. Having the restaurant adjacent was very nice and convenient. There is a beautiful nature trail close to the Complex. Very nice and communication with the property manager was very easy.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

The apartment was as advertised, everything we needed for our stay. We had a couple of minor questions that we asked Brenda about and they were answered within minutes. We would recommend this property 100%.

Long weekend

We used to live in Fishers and my husband was running the mini. This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends and getting downtown. It was just as described. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment in Fishers

The apartment was well stocked and in a nice location outside of downtown Indianapolis, about a 25 min drive. It was easy to access and we received clear instructions from the owner. The only reason there is one star taken off for cleanliness is that the bathroom could’ve been more carefully cleaned to remove strands of hair from previous renters. Otherwise all else was fine, king bed is very comfortable, and towels were plush. There is a sweet balcony where we enjoyed having coffee in the morning.

Beautiful town, great location and comfy home

We stayed here while visiting Indy for a youth basketball tournament. The complex was nice, great amenities and within a short walk to downtown Fishers and the trail. The condo was well maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We never had difficulty finding a parking spot. Easy access to the highway also. Check in was super easy.

Luxurious 1bed/bath

Unit was fine. Nice and clean. However parking situation was horrible we couldn’t find a spot on sat and had to park on the street despite our parking permit. Hallways accumulated more garbage each day and the smell got worse each day. Huge piles of garbage by the elevators under the no garbage signs. Manager was clear to us about smoking fines but others didn’t get the memo and the weed smell was pungent. Wouldn’t do this again.

Fisher visit for Farm Aid 23

We stayed 3 nights. Nice clean apartment. Comfy bed. Good kitchen with a large fridge with ice maker. Unit is perfect for a couple. Great location for Ruoff Music Center. Good restaurants, shopping and Breweries in the area. Well stocked for soaps, paper towels and toilet paper. Parking can be far from unit (large apartment complex has plenty of parking but closer spots can be filled). Thus, pack with wheels (wagon or wheeled suitcases). Microwave oven is about 5’ off ground. I am 5’2” and it is tough to use safely. This unit was perfect for our 3 night visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brenda’s apartment! The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with needed items and conveniently located. Communication with Brenda was wonderful also.
