This unit is close to public transit, parks and and trails. There is a newly built water front park 1-2 blocks right behind the unit. The "finished" garage space is a huge perk. We have a security camera on the exterior doorbell. This will be on at all times. We also have a decibel monitoring service that monitors a sustained loud noises, and reports it to the authorities. This neighborhood does have an HOA, if there’s any loud disturbances, neighbors may call as well. There are no devices to record inside video or audio.
