We loved the property and had a wonderful time. Wish we knew the icemaker and filtered water didn’t work. The only other negative was that the showers could be improved; no good water pressure. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful weekend

Had a great time. Rental was superb for a Galentine’s weekend. All that was needed for dining in, and perfect location for dining out. Property and building amenities are in great condition. Beach view and beach were amazing. Upstairs neighbors were a bit led footed, but didn’t hinder our stay! Wonderful place!

Beautiful View

We were very pleased with this condo. Easy loading and unloading with carts available and elevator. Great beach access. The bathrooms are nicely updated. Our favorite place was outside on the porch. It offered a great view of the beach and coastline.

Sand Dollar

We had the best view of the ocean! Watched dolphins from our balcony almost every morning of our stay! Our room had everything we needed including items for the beach which was a pleasant surprise! The pool was very nice and there were a few pool items to make it more enjoyable. The beach in front was very clean and not a lot of people. Great place to stay!

Sneaky good

I’ve stayed at this property a few times in the past but never this unit. It’s at the back right of the complex and great view of the ocean. Quiet yet everything easy to access. Had a great time.

Property was smaller than it appeared in photos. Could use some new sheets and towels. Somewhat thread bare.

family week

The condo is small but worked out for family of 4. Great views. Make sure you have the funds in your account several day ahead of the last payment date if you are using a debit card (they didn't accept my type of credit card) as they charged the payment earlier then what the information said. Luckily I happened to have the funds in this account even though I would not normally.

Great views

The condo was on the beach and we walked daily. The views were spectacular from our deck. Although this is a second story unit, there are grocery carts to transport items to this end unit via an elevator. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a few repair issues which were addressed but not fixed but we were fine with it. It was nice having good internet and cable TV. The pool was nice but we spent most of our time on the beach. We saw two turtles and many jelly fish on the beach. We would stay there again.

A week to relax

My younger son and I spent nearly a week in the unit. We had stayed at the property in the past, although in a different unit and when my older son was with us. We again enjoyed the location, the easy access to beach, the clean pool, and the overall feel of San Dollar Villas. We have visited AI/Fernandina Beach ten times in the last decade---it has become our pleasant break from New England winters and springs---and know the area well. The unit for this stay was just right for us two, and we would recommend it to others as long as they recognize it's not a large unit and its furnishings are really rather dated. The kitchen is especially small, practically a galley kitchen, and is not set up well for families who like to cook together, which is something we enjoy and missed this stay. Further, we noticed items in the kitchen were not especially clean; we always wash likely dishes and utensils when we arrive a place just to be safe, but this time we simply had to do so. Still, our stay was just was just what we needed (except for cooking!) and we were sad to have to leave! We'll return to AI for sure and would consider this same unit again.
