Maxwell Beach Villas is a collection of 15 elegant apartments in a small beachfront condominium building with no-nonsense pricing (no cleaning fee) guests enjoy a sunny swimming pool with tanning deck, shady garden, and direct beach access with lovely swimming. Each two-bedroom villa features an ocean view private veranda, which is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation; and an open plan concept with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with large screen TV, dedicated WiFi, and sitting area with couch, and air conditioning throughout.
Located on the South Coast of Barbados, we are walking distance to Oistins and several dining options, and offer ample rental car parking in our secure basement garage, as well as boasting easy access to bus routes that cover the whole island.
With sophisticated finishes, included weekly housekeeping, our onsite property manager who is always happy to help, and security team; your enjoyable stay is assured. And the location is simply amazing!

Perfect Place for Us
Never having been in Barbados, we made our selection rather blindly, but it fit perfectly to our type of vacation. The Villa was spotless and well appointed, and the view and location was great. The pool was perfect, the beach small but ideal. We wish only that there were chairs for the beach, but a minor detail. A few more loungers by the pool would have been a plus for "newbies" that didn't know the "chair claiming" process! Easy to get to all the things we wanted to do, but the Villas were perfect - quiet, relaxing, and low stress.

We did get more sun loungers last week (just after you left sorry) after it became an issue for the first time, as well as reminding guests that 'chair claiming' is not permitted :) Thank you for your great review, we feel the same way about Maxwell Beach Villas!
