With 3107 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, this home is generously proportioned. Newly constructed in 2023, the house boasts a modern and bright design and is fully equipped for an immersive vacation experience. Situated in the community of Wolf Laurel, the home is surrounded by an array of outdoor activities, including skiing, rafting, kayaking, hiking and horseback riding, making it an ideal destination for families. Plus, the upper and lower decks are spacious and offer stunning sunset mountain views.

Two amazing deck spaces for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air and Western views. Sunsets are spectacular! You have views of the Blue Ridge Mountain range.
