This stylish 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house sleeps 10 guests comfortably and features a beautiful kitchen perfect, fast WiFi, and Smart TVs in every room with cable. Located just 5 miles from Tech and close to great restaurants, this is the perfect place for your next visit to Lubbock. Whether you're gathering with friends or spending time with family, this spacious home is the perfect place to relax and entertain.

Primerose Pointe is a family friendly neighborhood in the southwest side of Lubbock. Located just off the Marsha Sharp Fwy and Spur 327, you will have quick access to any destination in Lubbock. Just minutes from the house dozens of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Oakridge Elementary is a few blocks from the house and has a spacious playground. Texas Tech is just a few miles down the Marsha Sharp Fwy from the house.

House was perfect for a small gathering for graduation weekend. Host was very helpful; came and changed the smoke alarm batteries so there was no chirping! Trent answered any messages quickly. Convenient and nice part of town. Would stay again!

Short work trip

Everything about the process was smooth and easy. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The only negative I can give is the shower heads, but I know it is because of the extra hard water. It is just hard when the spray is going all over the place, but the water pressure and temp range was nice. The cleanliness was good, furniture comfortable and location of the place was very convenient. I will book here again for my next trip if it is available.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home in Lubbock! From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with the house and neighborhood and our host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was excellent, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The house itself is stunning—modern and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. Each bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it perfect for our group. The open-concept living area was a great space for us to gather and relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze. The community surrounding the home is lovely as well. It’s peaceful and safe, perfect for evening strolls. We enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and local attractions, which added to our overall experience. Whether you're visiting for a family getaway or a group trip, this home is a fantastic choice. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next stay! My parents, grown sister, Aunt and grown cousins stayed at the property while in town for a family wedding. The house was better than I could glean from photos. Nice neighborhood, well located and a well appointed house. I would highly recommend.

I booked this property for my team members and myself to spend some time together outside of the office during a corporate meeting. This place was perfect! From the large kitchen/dining area to the quiet solitude afforded by the well spaced bedrooms and the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.
