Beach house on Benning, 60m from the sea

Laid-back but stylish accommodation around the corner from the beach. This family home is comfortable with everything you need for a family holiday. We are 60m from Kommetjie beach and 250m from Long Beach one road back from the beach. Overlooking the beautiful Skilpadsvlei, nature is on your doorstep. The house is within a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops in Kommetjie.
The space
The decor and space are simple but you will have all the basics for self-catering. We have another studio rental next to the house in a free-standing building but it is totally private with its own separate entrance and parking. There is a garage that will not be available to the guests and a driveway with parking behind an automated gate for an average size car but is not big enough for a big van or double cab. But there is street parking should you have a large vehicle.

There is a cat who lives on the property.
