The spacious (122m²) ground floor apartment has an interesting blend of Scandinavian and African decor styles. It’s ideal for a large family or friends traveling together. There’s free internet

A large apartment sleeping 6
lounge with satellite flat screen TV, DVD
Private balcony with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast (a perfect sun trap)
3 bedrooms two with king-size beds, one with an ornamental fireplace, plus a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed, all with white Percale cotton bedding.
3 bathrooms, one en suite (with shower), the second with bath and overhead shower, and the third, shower room only.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer
Direct access to the lovely courtyard garden

Big bonus: Recently installed solar project give our guests certainty of lights, wifi, and TV during load-shedding with only cooking being affected. The adjoining building is now a thing of the past.

Great SeaPoint apartment

A lovely location walkable to the sea front, hop on hop off bus stop, Saunders Rocks, restaurants and groceries. Very comfortable rooms and living space with high ceilings.Felt very secure in the area and would stay there again.

Beautiful and beyond expectations

Communication was top-notch from the start of booking to when we checked out. The photos of the property do not give it justice. It was spacious and beautiful inside and out. The property was cleaned every day, which added to our vacation's relaxation. Close to everything. Walk to groceries, coffee, beach, excellent restaurants, and a short walk to the hop on hop off bus stop. I highly recommend this gorgeous property and plan to make it my go-to on trips to Cape Town.

After leaving Denmark many years ago working for Scandinavian Airlines, coming from the travel industry it was a natural step when buying this lovely property to offer it to travelers and visitors alike.
I just love sharing "my" City with our guests,
and have many repeat visitors who share my enjoyment of Cape Town.

With its (nearly) perfect weather, wind free area, and location mid way between the City and Camps bay and Clifton beaches Barry Hall Apartments is an ideal base from which to explore Cape Town.
Barry Hall is located in the Jewish part of town and is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, beachfront promanade and synagogues.

With 4 large apartments in a Historic Manor house close to main Road Sea Point,
you have the best of both worlds. Large private space, own apartment.
Easy access to many of the attractions Cape Town has to offer, and a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, beach promenade and Busses.

The large spacious apartments are rarely found in modern rental buildings today, and all the buildings rich decor from another era makes the building a special place to visit.
Our cozy courtyard garden is a tranquil place to enjoy al fresco dining under the pergola, relax in a deckchair, or make a barbeque/braai.
The apartments are serviced daily, weekdays by our housekeepers, they will do your laundry too, leaving you free to enjoy all Cape Town has to offer.
