If you are looking for a peaceful urban retreat tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, look no further than our beautiful three bedroom Villa plus maids quarters in Dubai Hills. A two story, stand alone property, with gorgeous green landscaped back garden and conservatory, you may end up staying in more than you thought! On the main level there is the maid quarters, with a single bed and combined laundry and bathroom area. The living room is very practical with a large sofa in front of your big screen TV and dining table to enjoy your meals upon in the evenings. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you will need to make your meals at home and has lovely views into the conservatory and into the back garden. Upstairs are the three bedrooms with luxurious beds all fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft and ample wardrobe space. In all the bathrooms you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities which will leave you smelling fresh all day.

There is covered parking for two cars. The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
