The second floor is an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a half bath. This stylish abode features two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, each with their own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy all the Northgate District has to offer as it's within easy walking distance! Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this inviting Townhome has it all!
With 3 stories, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and garage parking, you'll have all the space you need to relax and make memories.
Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting farmhouse and traditional style décor. The first floor features the two car garage and flex space with a large sectional. For those who need to stay productive during their stay, there's a dedicated workspace complete with a desk, chair, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The second floor is the heart of the home, with an open concept floorplan seamlessly blending the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The space is perfect for gathering together for family meals, a movie night or game night. The decor has been carefully curated to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Beautiful hardwood floors are complemented by inviting area rugs, plush throw pillows, and soft lighting.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare your favorite meals. From a coffee maker for your morning cup of joe to a blender for smoothies or margaritas. The dining room comfortably seats six and is the perfect place to gather and enjoy a family meal.
The third-floor features 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, with luxurious linens and plenty of storage space for all your belongings. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, perfect for the kids or for additional guests. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable and streaming options.
The rental also features 2 luxurious en-suite bathrooms, so you never have to fight over who gets to shower first. The primary has a huge walk in shower and the guest room has a tub shower combo. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, hair dryers and essential toiletries.
In the 2 car garage you will find some hand weights (8, 10, 12 and 15 pound dumbbells), a yoga mat a medicine ball to do home workouts!
In addition to the beautiful and comfortable living spaces, our rental provides garage parking for your car or truck as well as parking out front. Our rental is located in College Station's Northgate district, known for its vibrant nightlife and historical bars along with wonderful food options!

The guests will have access to the entire townhome.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. CANCELLATION: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform as noted during the booking process. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm until 7am. If you cannot do so, you will be asked to leave.
No candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not put nail holes or tape or anything that could damage the walls.
Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property.
Trash is to be put out in our community cans which are located at the back of the townhome. Open the garage and turn to the right and you’ll see the large dumpster.
Please do not use our white hand-towels or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($15) to replace.
Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment.

Perfect location
Beautiful townhouse in a great location. Close to campus and Northgate. The host is great to work with, and there are a lot of extra little touches at the property to make your stay even better. I will definitely stay here again!

Clean townhome close to campus
We were here for our daughter’s ring ceremony and it was perfect. We liked the kitchen area and large fridge. The makeup mirror in bathroom was a nice touch and enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom. Easy to check in and out.
