Overall, this was a great place to stay! We were in town for a tournament at Legends Event Center, and the location couldn't have been more convenient; it was just right down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. HEB and EV chargers were also very close by. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of four. The back bedroom was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house, but there was a fan available that helped. The sofas were listed as sleeper/futons, but they were not. The pictures show different couches, so this may have been a recent change. The only issue we encountered was with the living room TV and internet. Since the TV and internet share a split cable, the internet connection became very weak whenever the TV was on. The TV also wasn't set up for streaming, so viewing options were fairly limited. We had quite a bit of downtime between games, so this was a little disappointing, but it's a relatively minor issue that could be easily improved.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again if we're back in the area.

Great place to stay!

We came for thanksgiving and needed some extra space. My wife and I came and stayed with my two adult children and one dog. This property is pet friendly so it fit our needs perfectly. The house was small and cozy and fit our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a conference being held at the Hilton College Station Hotel. Lots of room(s), space, and a great outdoor area for our puppy. Will stay again if we find ourselves in the CS area.

Winter getaway

It was just as the pictures showed. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was perfect for us location wise. The host is great to work with and replies very quickly to any questions. We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

Texas A&M Baseball Camp

Clean, cozy, & cute! Location is great with shopping & restaurants all close by. We were there for baseball camp & the location was perfect only about 2 miles from the university. We enjoyed it & can’t wait for our next visit!

Very pleased with the rental. There was one minor “hiccup” and the host took care of it promptly! She was great to work with. Hope to use her property again should the need arise.
