Toes In The Sand! 2 Bed 2 Bath and Dog Friendly

Put your Toes in the Sand! This beautiful BRAND NEW one level 2 bed/2bath condo provides everything you need for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation.
The kitchen boasts a 10-foot center island. The kitchen comes equipped with everything from pots and pans to utensils and small wares. We also provide both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for you convenience.
The living has vaulted ceilings, a smart TV and pull out sectional queen sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy your family and friends in the lovely area that will enable you to create lasting memories.

Both bedrooms come equipped with king size beds and smart TV's. The primary bedroom suite has an adjacent full sized bathroom with walk in shower and the secondary bedroom has access to the 2nd full size bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner/body wash and hand soap are all provided for your stay.

Enjoy the large heated community pool. Cabanas are available for rent daily. Book now for your early checkin and relax by the pool and order from The Salty Rim while you wait for your check in time!

Note: The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.

Pickleball court also available for reservation!

Community clubhouse and gym are now open!

Walk out of the complex and to the right is the beach and the left is the light house and Whalehead. You are approximately 5 minutes from the 4x4 beach and walking distance from the Corolla Village Light Shopping Center. This new condo complex has everything you need.

Great condo and location!

Great place! I love how new and clean the property is. Parking is so convenient and with everything on a single level, check-in is so easy. The set-up of the condo was great with the two bedrooms and two baths. It was just my husband, me, and our dog and it was a perfect space. Stores are close and you can walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Also, any questions we had were answered so quickly. Super easy process. Thank you!

Perfect spot, perfect house

Fantastic location and a great home setup make this a perfect getaway spot. The home was clean, well furnished and had great access to the beach and shops. A huge benefit is it is one for the few spot in the area to that offers restaurants, shops and easy access to attractions.

Wonderful vacation!

Excellent location and beautiful clean property! Everything you need is within walking distance. Pool is super clean and spacious. The lighthouse is a must to visit. Short walk to the beach! This is the best place we have stayed in at the OBX and we will be returning! Thank you for providing such a nice place for families to enjoy time together!

Great Place to Stay

This is a nice, new condo very close to the beach, right across from the lighthouse. Great location. Condo was clean and well stocked. The pool was colder than the ocean. No contact with host.

Great location

Loved this villa. Short walk to the beach (with a tequila and taco stop on the way!) to king beds. Comfy, clean, and lots of amenities. The battery went dead on our door code pad. The owners responded fast. Thank you! I’d stay again.

Cute, but not worth the price of 5k for a week. Pros: great and friendly communication with property manager (may change if I don’t hear back about the overcharge from adding a night), close to beach.Cons: zero greenery or open space - clear the developer squeezed as many units in this neighborhood as possible; def not well stocked - ex: no broom / dustpan, very small frying pan, no liquid measuring cup, etc, patio furniture uncomfortable; couch is stained, needs covers; no bench in shower; blinds broken upon arrival. Very limited shade at the pool unless you want to rent an overpriced cabana. Zero “extras” like bikes, kayaks, boogie boards like other properties we’ve stayed at. My sister rented a large house with six bedrooms around the same area for 100 more per night.
