In this opulent, partially gated neighborhood on the water of Laguna Marina, Kas Bougainville is situated on the water like the other villas on the Bahian peninsula. On the tranquil western side of the island, this man-made lagoon provides easy access to the Caribbean Sea. A private pool with a view of the water is located at the residence.

The renowned Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are just a few hundred meters away from this incredible vacation home, and it takes 5 minutes to drive to Kralendijk, where some of the island's best restaurants are located, from this location.
Beaches for windsurfing and kitesurfing are only ten minutes away
In a southerly direction, towards Sorobon and Atlantis Beach, it takes only 10 minutes by car for windsurfers and kiteboarders. These locations are well-known worldwide and offer fantastic water sport opportunities!
