My favorite neighborhood on Earth! And the apt. was so sweet and cozy. I felt right at home. I will stay here on every future trip to my beloved Houston.

Lovely quiet Heights second floor apartment. Perfect for one or a couple. Kitchen was well equipped and laundry convienent on the property.I would definitely stay again.

Very clean, very cute property. Parking is tight but adequate. Neighborhood walkable with restaurants within a mile from property. Bathroom items such as shampoo, conditioner, bath gel provided. No coffee items provided other than coffee pot. Bed is a full not queen. Small table and chairs on covered porch was nice spot for drinking coffee and listening to birds. Overall nice stay and have already recommended to another couple.

READ THIS POSTING BEFORE YOU RENT

The interior of the apartment itself had been renovated nicely...however did not state it was on the second floor in the listing. The exterior of the property has not been maintained...building has missing boards, needs painting...and rotten cross ties in the parking area. The stairs leading up to the apartment are rotten in some places and railing is wobbly. Amenities listed washer/dryer/iron/board/safe/desk. It should have stated on premises for the wash washer / dryer as they are located downstairs in the front building.NO ironing board or Safe...the desk was a fold up about the size of on old tv tray table. The laundry room was always filthy...trash stacked high for the 3 weeks we were there and no one every took it out. The parking spot for the unit is way to small for even a sedan. There is 4 parking spots in the back and the one for this unit is the farthest next to the fence and directly in from of the stairs leading up to the apartment. Very difficult to get to and park with any other car parked in the back. Majority of the time had to park down the street as there wasn't any parking directly in front. The closet was filled with a roll away bed, cleaning supplies and fold up desk....we didn't even have room to hang our clothes because it was jammed full. We did contact the host and they graciously came and pick up the excess stuff.

Let’s go Lions!

Came down for the Lions vs. Texans game and has an amazing time, there are some great breakfast places within walking distance of the location. It was close enough to the airport and downtown. Clean and cozy loved little tight for more than two people but was perfect for a couples get away!

Just right, great location,

The apartment had everything I needed. Clean and a great location. Enjoyed nice walks in the neighborhood. Small parking spot was too small for my Honda Fit to get in and out of easily, but street parking was fine. They told me this upfront, so it wasn't a surprise.
