Tastefully decorated beach home

This Is a spacious and tastefully decorated property bordering the beautiful St. Joseph’s State Park. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to come back!

Last minute getaway

My wife and I decided to take an impromptu vacation. The property was flawless from the spacious and well stocked kitchen to the fantasticly comfortable beds.

Very good

Host was very accommodating, we were concerned about a Hurricane that was incoming, the forecast track was putting the storm much closer to the area where this property is located than it actually ended up, we just didn’t want to get there and have severe weather. The host ended up letting us shift our stay one day forward and that worked out perfectly for us, was a great time!

Wonderful Stay

The owners are very sweet and great communication. We loved the location - it's close to the beach and the bay. The townhome and dishes were clean when we arrived, and listing is what it states. We were a family of 6 and the layout was perfect. Our boys stayed in 1 room and girls in another while my husband and I had space on the top level. The community is safe with lots of families so our kids could walk about and we knew they would be okay. This was a lovely home that we will book again! Thank you so much for sharing your house!

Great getaway!

We had everything we needed, down to the marshmallow roasting sticks! Beds were extremely comfortable! We were very pleased with everything, however our last evening we were wanting to watch a sunset from the pool! We were told we couldn’t use the pool because of a homeowner association meeting. In fact one of the homeowners was a little rude! But other than that it was a great stay!

Wonderful Location

We have really enjoyed Barrier Dunes over the last few years. We have stayed ocean front the last few times and changed it up this year. We could not be happier with the location of this unit, just steps from the tennis courts and heated pool and a very brief walk to the beach. We come here with 7 other families with a total of about 30 kids and we love the safe quite neighborhood of Barrier Dunes, where our kids can just walk back and forth to each others condos. Breezy By the Beach was very clean and had all kitchen items necessary for a night of burgers, pizza or fresh seafood. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making sure we were well taken care of. We will be back for sure!
