We are "Villa Tauranga", please search G Maps for our exact location in La Punta.
Located in "El Corazon" of the popular village of La Punta. A 1 minute walk to the beach. The studio's kitchen has a 4-burner gas grill and large refrigerator. There is a wooden dinning table for eating and useful as a workspace. There is high-speed fiber optic internet in the room. The balcony overlooks the neighborhood street to enjoy the ocean breezes with a garden view.
The space
Super close to the beach , surfing , bars , and restaurants. Studios were completed December 2022 and are very modern.
Guest access
There is access to a lock-up garage to secure one motorbike/scooter per apartment. You will have peace of mind knowing your rental bike will be there in the morning!
Other things to note
There is an outdoor shower before taking the stairs up to your apartment. Useful for cleaning off your surfboard and feet before entering your apartment.
