Future guests should be aware that the property does not have air conditioning. We visited during a very warm period, and we found the apartment much hotter than we expected. Opening the windows for airflow also resulted in significant street and neighborhood noise throughout the night. We also felt that the property appeared somewhat larger and more polished in the photos than it did in person.Had we understood how warm the apartment would be and how much outside noise would enter when the windows were open, we would have chosen different accommodations.

If the guest had made a good reading of my ad in the Vrbo Plataform he should have noticed that the apartment is not advertised as having air conditioning, probably he was in a hurry and didn't notice that point when making the Reservation. As I provide two fans for the room and another two fans for the living room, you can get a good rest at night if you leave the windows opened, this is a must, as the guest is used to sleep with the windows closed there is no way to avoid the hot, even if my street is very quiet and the only noise you hear in the early morning is the birds singing I can't change the guest habits of closing all windows at night, even if they have good mosquito nets. I would respectfully suggest the guest to make a good reading of the ads in Vrbo Plataform before making a Reservation, the point of the apartment not having Air Conditioning is very clear and he made a big mistake.

Main floor of house in Puerto Escondido

The apartment was better than the photos showed when I booked. Kitchen upgrade appreciated. Good ceiling fans so a cool place to retreat to in the heat of the day. Quiet area, short walk to beach and restaurants. Beach wonderful in early morning, very crowded later on. Very gracious host of this property..

Having Mary and Mike as my guests in Puerto Escondido was a very rich experience, they are very well educated and they have a lots of care for the environment, their suggestions are very well appreciated.

The Cute Apartment

Everything was fine. They just need to replace the faucet in the bathroom. The trash at the entrance was on the ground for a couple of days, until someone cleaned it. Everything else was fine.

I appreciate your suggestion about the replacement of the faucet although is working fine maybe It has to be replaced for a new model. Concerning the garbage the trash was spilled out on the street and not inside my property, I assume that it was the New Year's trash of some other people so it wasn't my responsibility.

Substandard bedding & minimal amount of pillows & low quality bath towels (2). substandard toiletries, Indoor wood work in need of thorough cleaning as well as 2 bedroom porches in need of attentive cleaning. Outdoor walls crawling with termites & their tracks, reported to & ignored by host

We hebben genoten!

Het appartement is gelegen op minder dan 5 minuten lopen naar de gezellige straat Benito Juarez, het centrum van Rinconada. De faciliteiten in het appartement zijn super. We genoten ervan om op het achter balkon te zitten en te ontspannen. De communicatie met Jesus wat top! We komen heel graag terug.

Riconada/Bacocho Residencia

Great location, close to restaurants and Playa Carrizalillo. Very spacious, floor space large enough for 3 yoga mats. Beds were comfortable with great cross breeze for sleeping. Bathroom and kitchen supplies were scarce.

Lovely Apt...

My daughter and I rented both the 2nd and 3rd floor apts in this building. Both places were as described, safe, centrally located, a short walk to the nearest and prettiest beach and local shops and restaurants... our stay was very comfortable, the landlord very accomodating and helpful, and it was a special and personalised experience that I would definitely repeat again when I am next in beautiful Puerto Escondido... Many thanks Jesús for all of your assistance and making our stay so memorable... Jennifer
