Just half a mile from town, this home offers privacy and convenience to shops, restaurants, and outdoor attractions including Methow Trails, Lost River Winery, and Pearrygin Lake State Park! The home has principal views to the west and north. Sun bathes the interior all year (though there are shades for those summer afternoons). 360-Degree Views. Heated Floors. Open Concept Layout. The main house is one larger space with a master Queen bedroom with full bath. Just outside, on the west side, is a covered patio, with lounge furniture, Adirondack chairs, and gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishes, flatware, glassware, there is a pour over style coffee maker and a burr grinder, ice maker, microwave and toaster.
Just outside, 15 feet away, is the detached studio. Originally built as an artist's studio/office, it serves as a second living area with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, studio kitchenette and plenty of views. .
GENERAL: WiFi, A/C mini split, central heat, washer/dryer, telescope, hair dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries. Not suitable for children under 15 due to decor & sleeping accommodations. Covered parking for 1 car is available, with ample driveway parking.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YEAR ROUND TRAVEL INFORMATION--READ BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION:
1)It is the responsibility of the guest to have travel plans in place to travel either over the North Cascades via Highway 20 OR to travel over Steven's Pass through Leavenworth OR to travel I-90 over Snoqualmie to Blewett Pass through Wenatchee and then up the Columbia river to the Methow Valley. If one route is closed, it is the YOUR responsibility to make alternate plans for travel. NO REFUNDS will be given at any time of the year simply because an alternate route must be taken and add additional travel time. Highway 20 is closed in the winter and mountain passes can be closed anytime of the year because of wildfires, rockslides or other occurrences. Directions over all the routes will be sent to. you 3 days before your arrival. Make sure to check pass reports(and they can change while you are en route) and print out the directions before you leave.
2)Trail Access/Closure Information:
If you are coming to hike, bike, or ski on a trail or system of trails which happen to be closed before or during your stay, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN because of this. Trail closures can occur anytime because of fire, rockslides, mud flows...and we have no control over this. There are many hiking, biking trails of various kinds in the Methow Valley. If access to the North Cascades is closed via Hwy 20 because of any reason, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN because of this. There beautiful hikes in and around our valley that we would be happy to recommend.
