This condo has everything we needed for 6 adults to sleep comfortably! It is close to everything and the check-in/check-out process was incredibly easy!

Amazing Girls Weekend location

The Penthouse Loft was an amazing place for a weekend get away with the girls. The location was great, so many things to do in such a short walking distance! I would totally book this place again!

TC Gem!

this was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend in TC celebrating birthdays! we had 7 adults and we were all very comfortable. space was very open and inviting, kitchen had everything we needed for a couple different meals in. close to so many great shops and restaurants and bike trails. beth was so easy to work with, great communication

Beautiful penthouse

Place is beautiful. Location was perfect. Kitchen stocked perfectly, layout perfect for 6. Communications with owner was confusing as to check in and check out per Vrbo instructions, said different times, only 3 towels, handtowels and washcloths and sheets for a reservation of 6 (yes we could of called) and requests for stipping beds and taking out garbage before we leave seemed strange since I paid cleaning fee.

Beautiful Condo at GT Commons

This condo was perfect for a friends weekend! It was very clean, homey, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. The beds were very comfortable and every room is spacious. It could not have been better. The location is perfect with much to do at GT Commons and close proximity to all that Traverse City and Leelanau County have to offer. The host was very accomodating and communication was great. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect

Check in and communication with Beth a breeze. Unit had everything we needed. Coffee maker with fresh ground beans a win! Bed are comfortable, bathrooms roomy, common space kitchen awesome. Unit has books and games. Bring your Netflix and Amazon passwords for tv. Loved walking the grounds in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful family centered stay.

Soak in the history of the Grand traverse Commons! Take a tour of the underground tunnels. Better yet, do a night time tour! The Commons is bursting with boutique shops, eateries, site seeing and friendly villagers. Located only a mile from Downtown TC and the beautiful waters of Grand Traverse Bay, it is a perfect spot for a vacation!

The Loft @ The State is located on the top floor with amazing views! The sky lights throughout the condo provide beautiful lighting and the coziness of the condo will have you wanting to stay in :) Fully furnished with high end touches. This condo has it all!
