This gorgeous contemporary home offers stunning views of Raymond Pond and plenty of space for family and friends. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the main-floor master suite features a spacious bedroom, full bathroom with a TV, and a private sitting room with a second TV — perfect for a quiet evening in.

Even on rainy days, there’s no shortage of activities: enjoy the home gym, library, office, or the full game room complete with ping pong, foosball, darts, and a piano. Step outside to beautifully landscaped grounds leading to the shallow, sandy swimming area off the dock, which can accommodate a 20’ boat. Two kayaks and four paddleboards are provided for exploring the 346-acre pond.

Relax lakeside in one of two hammocks, take in the views from the screened porch, or gather around the outdoor fire pits in the evening — including a propane pit and a traditional wood-burning pit on the patio. Additional amenities include an oversized garage with space for two cars.

Just a short drive from recreational activities, restaurants, and shops, this Raymond Pond retreat combines luxury, fun, and convenience for an unforgettable Maine getaway.

The property outperformed the photos and our expectations. The guys spent the whole week fishing. The girls spent the whole week swimming or paddling on the lake. I moved from deck to deck to dock, reading my book, drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Plenty of space for everyone. Small and large mouth bass fishing was exceptional. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The owners provided amenities for every possible need. We've traveled extensively throughout the world. This was one of our favorite holidays. We'll be back.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, there are comfy places to read and relax inside the house and out! Sunny days were spent in the yard and on the pond; there are paddleboards and kayaks. Raymond Pond is quiet, not a lot of motor boat traffic. On rainy days staying in the house was still great. There are games, movies, and tvs and gorgeous views. It is a wonderful place to spend a week with family on vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at this property, which is a pretty good indication of how much we enjoy staying here. The house is beautiful and very comfortable with lots of room for our group of 6. We love to cook meals together and the kitchen is a joy, very well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, containers, spices, etc. Best of all is the lake and dock, where we spend most of our time. Having spent many summers on Panther, we've come to love tiny Raymond Pond and how quiet and peaceful it is. This is a wonderful property, we highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at this beautiful home and we hope to return next year. The property is gorgeous and super well-equipped in every way: games, books, music, fantastic kitchen, great basement hangout area. It is immaculate and very well-maintained with so many places to enjoy. The dock is ideal with two Adirondacks where we spend quite a bit of time! Lake swimming is our favorite - also kayaks and paddleboards. We've come to this area forever (most often through Krainin - their customer service is fantastic!) and stayed on many of the lakes - Raymond Pond is wonderful. We very highly recommend this property.
