Beachfront Two Bedroom Condo with Indoor Pool
The Space:
Nicely updated two-bedroom beachfront condo in Ocean City, Maryland with direct ocean views. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private oceanfront balcony of the living area and master bedroom that is a great place to relax and unwind. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a set of bunk beds, full sized bed and television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo has been nicely updated throughout and is in very good condition. Building amenities include two assigned parking spaces, indoor pool and hot tub, elevator, outside shower. The building is close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, amusements and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #85815 This condo is on the 5th floor.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Mid-Summer Stay
Great condo. Updated, clean, and plenty of space. The ocean view from the master bedroom window and the balcony is stunning. Entry way is located directly in front of elevator access, however it was quiet all stay with no issues to document! Easy access from elevator to room was a plus! Located right past 100th street you are in a great place with plenty of amenities close by. Indoor pool & hot tubs were clean and had very few amount of people in and out for a July week. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Property is great. My only complaint is the bigger bed in the spare bedroom is super squeaky, loud, and uncomfy. It was like that last year too. Every time we moved it would make the kids stir that were sleeping in the bunk beds next to us. Would love to see that replaced for future stays. It’s terrible. Other than that we loved the place so much which is why we rebooked. We would love to stay again next year. As far as not accepting early check-ins, that could change too. If the place is cleaned and ready early, then I think you should allow the code to work sooner. If it’s not cleaned and ready on time then that’s fine. We had planned to do the boardwalk before we checked in so we came early, but it was entirely too hot and I am currently pregnant so we changed our mind and were left with nothing to do. We tried to kill time going into shops but the kids were over it and just wanted to rest after our long drive. We could tell no one was in our room and parking spots were open, but couldn’t check in not even an hour early so that was super frustrating.

The resort is tired
Overall we felt like the building it's self is dated and grungy. The indoor pool is terrible and dated. The water was freezing and the hot tub was gross. The railing from in the pool area to the outside deck was so loose that if you leaned against it you would have fallen to the pool deck. The beach in this area really slopes off. It is not possible to sit your chair in the water because of the slope. As for the condo it was ok. We felt as though someone could have easily pushed the door in since there were numerous repairs to the door jam. The AC system ran 24/7 even though we had it set at 72. It sounded as like a washing machine spinning constantly.

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow us to respond. Items such as the exterior of the building and the pool have nothing to do with this particular condo or it's owner. These are items beyond their control. That being said, the condo owner will certainly pass this information along to the condo board. The beach is also something the owner has no control over. The beach replenishment that is taking place in Ocean City has several areas throughout the resort looking sloped. This will change as to the locations as they move up and down the coastline with the town's replenishment plan. It changes over the course of time. In regards to the AC, the fan is set up to run as to prevent moisture in the condo and keep fresh air circulating....the AC itself is not running constantly as stated above. This is actually beneficial for the condo and air quality inside. Rest assured, the door is safe and secure with a smart lock deadbolt. There is also a safety lock inside the condo as an added security feature. That being said, the owner will address this concern with his condo board as well, as door jams and exteriors are maintained by them and not the private condo owners. For anyone reading this review, please take the time to read others about this condo. This is a beautiful oceanfront condo with very hands-on owners who want nothing more than their guests to enjoy their time in the condo. Thank you.
