Wendy and this property were great. She is an excellent communicator and the room was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable room with amazing views then this is it. Will certainly be renting again.

The room was beautiful but we weren’t aware the building was under construction, fair warning untill it’s done you’ll hear drills and hammers at 7 am

When we arrived we found several things wrong. Broken outdoor furniture, one balcony was to small to sit on because the AC unit is there. We found dirty underwear in the closet. We found garbage under the beds. We did get outdoor furniture replaced but they left broken pieces on the floor. Host is great but not big enough for 6 people. All the beds are terrible and hard.

The unit was not well maintained and did not feel clean.The cabinet door fell off as we were looking for toilet paper (we were not left with a roll for each bathroom), the mattress had remnants from previous guests, there was mold in the vent where air conditioning came through, the screen to the balcony didn't function, the shower indicators were opposite (hot was cold, cold was hot), the dining table had crumbs on it, there was an outlet hanging out of the wall, multiple light switches did not work, security staff did not know we had pre-paid for parking.Host was very responsive. Very cool 2-level unit. View was amazing and ocean access was incredible!

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I cannot fix problems I don't know about. I would have sent the cleaners back right away, had I known. The cabinet has been fixed, as has the outlet. I will follow up on the switches as this is the first I am hearing about them. Sometimes communication during the peak season between the building staff is not the best, but had I known about the issues, I would have made an attempt to have them addressed as soon as possible.

Great Beach Experience!!

Wonderful family vacation!! Great view of the beach and the bay, making for amazing sunrises and sunsets. Very clean property with everything we needed for a family of four. Very close to stores and restaurants in the area along with many mini golf courses.

OC Beach Vacation

Our family of four had a great time staying at this property. Directly on the beach and conveniently located to all that OC has to offer. The landlord, Wendy, was easy to communicate with and very responsive for all questions prior to and during the trip. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at Century I several times and have never been disappointed. This time is no exception. Wendy is great to work with and very responsive. We love the location, and the condo was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s property! We wish the pool was open our entire stay but understand it had limited hours due to it getting cooler out. Other than that, it was a great location and Wendy was extremely responsive when we texted her!

Beach Getaway

Wendy was a delight to work with! Ocean view Amazing! Kitchen was well stocked and layout of unit was comfortable. We especially enjoyed Wendy's taste in artwork and decor. Overall experience five stars!

Excellent!!!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was large and comfortable. We found it extremely clean and updated and the view from the balcony was incredible. It was quiet and ownership (Wendy) was very responsive and informative to questions we had while we enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Very simple and friendly check-in process. Great layout of the property with wonderful sea view and easy access to the beach. Bus stops right outside the complex in both directions so no need to stress about driving anywhere. Simply perfect!!!

Great views and location — quiet building

Our family just finished our beach vacation and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the views from the balconies were amazing! The living area felt a bit narrow but it was fine for our stay and the balcony made up for it. Our host was very friendly and responsive. With a family of 5, we might look at larger units next time so we wouldn’t need anyone to sleep on the living room sofa-bed, but again, the view made up for it.

Century I Condo

Wendy was a great host and very responsive. The unit was in a great location and had an interesting layout. We loved the east walk to the beach and proximity to the best restaurants in OCMD. We had some minor issues and the condo is a bit worn, but overall, I think the value was there for the price. Thanks Wendy!

Wonderful condo

This two bedroom, two bath condo has everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation. The condo is beautiful and the kitchen as well stocked with everything you need. This two level condo offers privacy and a lot of room. Condo owner answers all questions immediately and she was wonderful with giving us suggestions on what to do in the area. Condo was on the bus line so you never need to take your car. I highly recommend this unit and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We couldn’t ask for anything more than what this place had to offer. Clean condo, great location, close to everything we needed. We even enjoyed the boards and beach chairs that we found in the closet. A really sweet security guard immediately welcomed us when we came and gave us advice on where to go. There was also an outside restaurant/bar in the condo next to us, which we tried one night and it was fun and lively with live music. It seems on par with other places in the area, where you do have to provide your own sheets, towels, and paper products. It was also required that we purchase property damage protection, which was a separate fee. All in all, we would recommend the condo and really enjoyed being so close to the beach!

What a view

The owner is very responsive and makes you feel comfortable. Property was as advertised. The stand out is the nice sized balcony directly overlooking the ocean from the 17th floor. Not far drive from anything in OC and plenty of stores in walking distance. The pool was closed due to COVID and the freight elevator for load-in/out is a bit tricky (but neither of these items are the fault of the owner). Highly recommended.

Great Condo!

We visited shortly after OC opened. Wendy was amazing with communication and understanding about last minute changes. The condo was PERFECT for our family. We had the downstairs bedroom/bath, which is lovely, while our daughter and grandkids had the upstairs bedroom/bath. We slept so soundly and didn't even hear them when they got up! The condo is well appointed. The views are amazing. And it was so fun to watch our family on the beach while sitting on the balcony! Nice selection of books and the wifi was very good. This is definitely going to be our go-to condo when we visit from now on.
