A perfect Catskills escape!
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits on 74 beautiful wooded acres. Surrounded by old stone walls, nestled back away from the road, you'll have absolute serenity and privacy.
The house provides a well equipped kitchen, a BBQ, an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, beautiful natural light, and an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining, & living areas.
We are surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Catskills, breweries, cideries, and restaurants!
The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, and comfortably sleeps 8 people in real beds, each with brand new mattresses and luxury linens.

The huge open plan living - dining and kitchen area has plenty of space for all guests to comfortably hang out and enjoy a room flooded with natural light from two skylights, an enormous sliding glass door, and several windows.

Soak in the oversized tub (big enough for 2 people to fit in comfortably) or enjoy the rain shower whilst looking out onto 74 acres of woodlands.

If you need a space to work, there is a full size desk set up in the living room, one full size desk in a bedroom and two smaller work spaces in each bedroom - providing plenty of private spaces for video calls throughout the day. Our high-speed internet has been tested with 5 zoom calls at a time with no lag. (Or even better, come unplug!)

There is an outdoor fireplace in the back of the house. The back deck has a BBQ, a picnic table, and a shade umbrella for al fresco dining and generally enjoying as much of the outdoors as possible!
Guest access
The house is on a very quiet road, set back from the road enough to allow for total privacy. You'll feel like you are miles away from anything, but have the benefit of being within 15 minutes from numerous shops, bars and restaurants in the Village of Ellenville.
Other things to note
Our house has been a labor of love and is still a work in progress. While it's 90% done, there are a couple of quirks still present and the price has been set to reflect these. The main 2 of these to note are:
- One bathroom is fully re-done with a soaking tub and rain shower but the other still boasts a very retro bath tub and shower head.
- The yard is also very much a 'work in progress'. There are a lot of rocks (nature of the area as you'll see!) and a few stumps in the yard- please explore with caution.

Please also note that there are plenty of animals that come play in the yard and in the forest surrounding the house. Some of our friends that you may bump into include deer, fox, groundhogs, owls, and yes- bear and mosquitos. This is the Catskills after all.

On that note- please drive with caution in the area, especially at night as there are deer on the roads everywhere.
