Ce condominium de maison de campagne (CHC n ° 59) offre une vue de première ligne sur le lac Phalarope, le Big Meadow et les majestueuses montagnes Three Sisters. Ce condo est assez spacieux à près de 1 313 pieds carrés. Outre les vues panoramiques, vous êtes à quelques pas du restaurant Lodge, de la base de loisirs, de la piscine et des courts de tennis, ainsi que du pub Robert et du Big Meadow Pro Shop.

Tout dans ce condo met en valeur le magnifique paysage qui fait la renommée du Black Butte Ranch, tout en profitant de l'ambiance vintage du condo, le Black Butte Ranch. Deux petits solariums vitrés originaux offrent une vue imprenable sur la salle à manger et la chambre principale, ainsi que d'immenses portes-fenêtres coulissantes dans la salle à manger et une grande terrasse extérieure offrant davantage de possibilités de visionnement. Observez la faune, les oiseaux aquatiques et les couchers de soleil depuis la grande terrasse privée tout en dînant confortablement avec le mobilier de jardin et le barbecue à gaz fournis.

Une cuisine pleine grandeur entièrement équipée ainsi qu'une grande salle à manger et un salon permettent confort et commodité pendant votre séjour. Un nouveau canapé et une nouvelle chaise ajouteront à votre confort pendant votre séjour!

A l'étage se trouve une chambre queen avec vue et solarium ainsi qu'une chambre double avec salle de bain commune dans le couloir.

Les enfants adoreront la proximité de la Grange de loisirs, de la piscine et des courts de tennis. Vous apprécierez la courte promenade pittoresque qui vous mènera au Lodge pour un espresso, un déjeuner, des entrées dans le salon du lodge, une cuisine gastronomique, ou pour une partie rapide de tennis ou une baignade. Golf ou déjeuner au Robert's Pub est à 3 minutes en voiture.

Ce condo est proche de l'entrée de la station pour ceux qui veulent profiter des autres sites du centre de l'Oregon. Chien amical!

Stay was fine, house was clean and well stocked with necessities. Price per night as advertised was reasonable but doubled with additional fees making it almost unaffordable.

Just what we were looking for

Great location, great view, and well maintained property. Outside of some of the dishes and pots being a tad dirty (seems to happen at times with these kind of rentals), absolutely no complaints, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Small condo with great views

Our two couples felt a bit cramped but the great views helped the space feel larger. Both upstairs bedrooms have openings to the floor below, closeable with barn doors. The downstairs bathroom has a sink with no vanity for toiletries, and a shower tub. The check out list of chores was long, including taking our trash to the transfer station since we were late season. Beds and furnishings are comfortable. Could use some updates.

Stunning View from our condo

We thought the property was beautiful. The amenities were brand new (gym, pool and restaurant) and all very nice. The house was quaint and the view from our bedroom and back patio was stunning! My only complaint would be the condo was a little outdated and bathrooms tiny. But it is a condo not a house so it was to be expected. We would definitely stay again if we went back to Black Butte Ranch.

Won’t be going back

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed for our annual ski trip. We were excited to try this spot because the views looked fantastic. The place was spacious for our family of four and the views did not disappoint! However, there were a couple of items that made the accommodations a disappointment. Firstly, while cooking meals, we discovered many of the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in the cabinets were dirty. And not just a few spots here and there—broccoli stuck to back of plates dirty. Since we cook a lot, we then had to devote much of our vacation time to inspecting and washing dishes and cookware. This also made us worry about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. When we discovered the condition of the kitchen items, we called the rental company’s office immediately to report it and left a message with the answering service. We also called the rental company because we could not locate the additional firewood they referenced in their literature. For two nights in a row, we left messages about the firewood, after searching per their instructions, and didn’t receive a delivery, much less a phone call back on the firewood or kitchen condition. (We did locate firewood eventually, but it was not situated as their description stated,). Finally, on our day of departure we called to see if we could get a little extra time to pack up, thinking they would surely grant our request due to our previous complaints. If course, that was not the case and we had to leave on schedule. During this phone conversation, we also mentioned the three phone messages left regarding our complaints and were told the person managing the rentals was out and would get back to us the following week. That was over two weeks ago and we’ve yet to hear back from anyone—no phone call, letter, credit, or acknowledgment of any kind. What a disappointment! We’ll be sure to avoid this rental and rental agency on our future biannual stays.

Amazing location, Cool/Funky condo, Mismanaged

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start w/ the great: Black Butte is a stunning place, and this condo is ideally located. Mountain, lake & meadow views with wildlife, amazing!The condo itself is cool. It's a bit 'funky': small kitchen, big sliding doors separate the bedrooms from the dining room...but overall it's a great place if you aren't expecting modern perfection. Unfortunately, the communication and service from management left a lot to be desired. We never received information to access the place (and yes, I should have noticed that before the day) which lead to an extremely unpleasant delay of well over an hour in the cold with an exhausted family. The welcome center at Black Butte gave me a number to call, and it was a person who had retired from the management company over a year ago. Fortunately, she was able to connect us, and eventually we got the access info. After multiple requests, management did give us a gift card to compensate, which we appreciated.But the communication issues continued. After our "mid-stay clean" (we had an extended stay), we were told that due to the report of the condition of the place, they would be adding another mid-stay clean not in the contract. We didn't understand that. We didn't clean the place before the cleaners arrived, but it was not in awful shape. We didn't argue because if they wanted us to hire professional cleaners an extra time, fine, less cleaning for us. Our child got sick the night before the extra cleaning was scheduled, so we let them know it would not be a good idea to come that day (this was during the pandemic). They never rescheduled.After the two weeks they have in the contract to return our deposit in full or let us know in writing why they weren't doing so, we had heard nothing. We asked. Only then were we told that they would be keeping over $115 to pay for the extra cleaning that never happened! They wouldn't call me to discuss, only emailed insufficient explanations. Poor communication

Relaxing family time

The view is magnificent, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean, and well stocked for cooking. The solarium windows allow for maximum enjoyment of the view. We enjoyed playing games at the table in the downstairs solarium and took advantage of the recreation centers. We're particularly grateful that we could have our 16 yr. old dog with us. She rested comfortably in front of the fireplace and enjoyed walks along the lakefront.

Beautiful Location on the Lake

Very peaceful location right on the lake. We saw a lot of birds, including eagles, and a river otter. It was so beautiful with the snow and perfect for a Christmas vacation, with lots of trails for long walks. We had three adults and a dog in our group and there was plenty of room for us. The only nit we have is there's no light in the dining room, in the summer the double height windows offer plenty of natural lighting, but in the winter the standing lamp in the corner doesn't offer any lighting. We had to move lamps from the living room into the dining room to see what we were eating.
